I thought it was 5 but it seems it's 10 considering it's been 4h already...
I'm having the same issues.
The 5 post req is too high, imo. With the 4 hours log time, seems like 0, 1, or 2 posts should be enough as proof against spam, etc.
time to fill up some hard drive out there on the internet with meaningless bits.

Must be I can't even send a PM to the administrator of the pool. 
It may be 10 posts I'm thinking.
How long before I can actually ask a question in the pool I'm mining? I've been a member for almost a month, yet I can't ask a simple question in the mining forums? Seems pretty crazy, so I guess I'll post about garbage to get my 5 in.
