Antminer S7 is the better choice, but you didn't determine what are your electricity costs?
As only these cost will get you an estimate whether you will even ROI or not, profit is the second thing.

So many newbie miners lately. Do they even realize the upcoming diff jumps due to Bitmain S9 miners? Do they even realize the upcoming block reward halving in July? Do they even realize you need cooling? Do they even realize the btc price won't always go up? They see mining as printing money. If it was that easy, all miners will be rolling in dough. Many miners have lost money, many mining farms went belly-up or burnt down. People have lost their shirts. There's no such thing as free lunch. When will they ever learn?

This game of mining is very difficult.  The road to,riches is not that easy.

just curious how long it will take to normalized after halving, I am just thinking about timing on when exactly is the best time to mine or buy stuff after halving, does it take months? weeks?  Huh Huh Huh

No one know's that is why this is in speculation.  As it's honestly best guess which at current moment is hard.  Having just adds a variable that makes BTC have some big jump's up and down.   We don't know what price will be in one week... so cant really tell you when it at stable new base after having (what ever number it may be).

Those buying miners now got some pre-having mining which really is big, but having is coming pretty soon.  So at this poit chances are you will be after having (or at least not a ton of day's before having).   Best time to buy miners is a anwser no one can give you to many variables we simply don't know.

If you're still trying to decide upon a pool I would recommend Slush's Pool. That's who I've been with since I started mining mainly because they had the best guide for beginners I could find.

not all the way, because the fees are varying your earnings, like what you just said, it has 2%, while other sites like Antpool are 0%, based on both PPLNS. create your pool if you feel a better luck.

Any regular pool is pretty easy to set up.  First big difference is some require registration some you just enter BTC address, but this info can always be found in FAQ of the pool.  A big thing is deciding if you can go long term with a PPLNS type and handle luck being part of it or if you need a PPS option.  Here is a good list with payment types - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Comparison_of_mining_pools

If you want a idea for how big/popular a pool is you can check out amount of blocks being mined by it - https://blockchain.info/pools

If you're thinking $1500 BTC wouldn't it just be easier to buy BTC and have it double in fiat value?

Only financial reason to mine is to have the expectation you can get more BTC than you could currently purchase.

Kudos to supporting the network, but understand fiat profit vs BTC gain.

yes,i bought bitcoin $300-350/btc,i got some bitcoin in cold wallet storage

bitcoin halving system maybe can boost bitcoin price but i think dogecoin and blackcoin transaction always better than bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the king of crypto currency.  It was gold was like BTC, silver like LTC for the longest time as a miner I heard this.  Which is not totally accurate but it kinda fit.  Anymore the 2nd most popular is Ether the DAO hack dropped it's price but it's still in second I think.

I'm not sure I quite follow why "dogecoin and blackcoin transaction always better than bitcoin". I loved dogecoin as it had a fun community around it, but I think of it as kinda having it's good day's in the past.

guys,thank you!

i would like to try solar system mining. i need more info for mining hardware and setup guide.

Solar system setup costs tens of thousands of dollars on a low scale...hundreds of thousands on a high scale. There is no way a newbie miner will ever want to get into the can of worms. As for recommendations on miners and mining in general, I say wait until the halving because there will be a lot of cheap gear people will be selling and also you can get a better calculation of ROI after the dust settles. This will give you a good amount of time to learn things about mining!

t's also available directly for sale from Bitmain, and will actually make you some money after the halving, but not enough to roi. If you're loking for ROI, try the S9.
I find this statement of not being able to ROI not entirely truthful. If your electricity is good, which I think you have already done the math on because you're interested in mining, then it should be .07 or around there. Yes the difficulty will rise from s9 and that is more efficient, the s7 should still be able to ROI depending on price and difficulty after the halving.
I'm assuming his electricity is 0.10$/Kwh. The majority of people mining these days see around 0.1$/kwh. 0.07 is already more cheap than half the people of the US pay for their electricity, and assuming he comes from America, then he could very well pay for more than 0.07. Price is highly debated, but the current pump brings the price to near 777 as of now, and difficulty should face a narrow drop before rising. Of course, each day that passes lowers the reward, so if op were to buy the s7ln, he'd better do it soon- it's a possibility they'll stop selling it soon. If that happens, most resellers are selling the s7ln at 500+, so he's screwed. Bitmain shipping also has to be calculated, and depending on where he lives, the rates are different. I'm just assuming he's an average guy with average electricity. He didn't state at all what his cost for electricity was, so I'd think 0.10 is fair.

Hi,i would like to buy bitcoin mining hardware with installation guide.

AntMiner S7 or Avalon6 which one better?

how to join mining pools?

What are you looking for is a big question?  S7 is lower priced so more bang for your buck.  It also needs more power and has more noise.   Avalon 6 is going to have a higher price per hash and more quiet and use less electricity.   I think which is best depends on your situation and what you can handle.  Currently I would go with one that is the best bang for the money which likely is S7 between the two.

But before you jump into mining make sure to do some ROI math with your electricity level.  As S9 came out and blows away past generations on efficiency.  It allows some like me to mine after having still profitable without a doubt. So again all depends on electricity price you  pay.

S7-LN is best for a beginner, with the low power usage and also the cheap price. Also has a psu included so you don't have to buy one yourself. This thing was practically made for a beginner, and has the same specifications as the S7 except less chips and less power usage. It's also available directly for sale from Bitmain, and will actually make you some money after the halving, but not enough to roi. If you're loking for ROI, try the S9. It doesn't guarantee ROI, but it's the closest thing to it at the moment, since avalon gave up 16nm, and bitfury is taking forever.

S7 is less profitable now, impending S9 is more recommended so you can earn more dollar equivalent, as well, bitcoin price is increasing, do not miss about that.

I prefer a AntMiner S7.

To join a mining pool you need to create an account on a pools website. Google them and see such mining pool suites you.

You might need some mining software on your computer to monitor your miners. And I invest in Srcypt, more profit if you need help with setting up the miners the fourms are more than happy to help you start mining.
