Welcome. BFL's PR seems to be in the toilet, but they sent my unit (pre-ordered 2 months before yours) without any hassles. The difficulty will be higher though, so don't expect a quick return. x3 I wouldn't buy ASIC miners at the current prices though.
Fortunatelly BFL Jalapenos have the shortest waiting time to be send so far
But discaimer: do not try to order it now
