Until now I have not got a clear explanation why the number of activities stuck in a certain amount and sometimes decreased.. 
That's funny. You seem to understand it below. And your post count is going down because you're a shitposter posting in off topic spam threads.
Clearly, 14 of your total posts will be counted as 14 activities every 14 days, so the rest will remain the number of posts.

Im still a newbie here yet a friend of mine who also registered here in bitcointalk adviced me to be patient, wait until you rank up. Just post atleast 4 times a day atleast 1 hour interval. She said also that I should post with a quality post, don't just post because you want to rank up immediately, but post something that can contribute to the forum. She also advise me to read and obey the rules of the forums.

I think no accounts can be ban if the user follow all the rules and regulations and work with patience and dont disturb the other users so they will give him negative trust etc. If you follow the all then you can work here safely without any problem and can up your rank easily as well.

Don't make in a hurry when posting, some admins or moderators are considering it a spammers even if you're not. Even if you say you are not spammers. Don't make your account in a rush to rank up. It really takes time before you achieve it. Post every more than 30mins interval is the best way. And post constructive post. Go to Beginners & help and from there you will learn a lot. Hard work is very necessary for maintaining account here on Bitcointalk. In my opinion there are few things to prevent your account from getting ban although am not very senior
You should make quality post in related forums.
Try not to spam.
Do not hurry in getting/achieving higher rank.
Have patience and study maximum posts.
