Thanks for the reply guys. I suppose my posts may have come off as somewhat repetitious but generally I try to bring something new to a topic rather that restate the obvious. Either way I'll be more aware of this in the future and maybe I'll wait until my rank increases on this forum to be of help to others here.
You can now spend your time learning and answering posts that you know about, so you can grow your rank and become even more engaged.

Look, as your activity increases, so your ability to post here.
Like, as you are a newbie currently, you will need to wait at least 360 seconds before you could post again.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/forum-rankspositionsbadges-what-do-those-shiny-coins-under-my-name-mean-178608 <- That's the best thread for you to know about everything you have asked here.

And no, your VPN or anything else couldn't affect your waiting time as it is fixed for each rank.

As well, please read these rules too before starting to "help" people as maybe your posts could have been off-topic or a repeated reply:

Thank you very much, the link you give is very helpful. I'm a newbie  Smiley

Glad I could help.
Just remember guys that you need to remain on-topic whenever you post anywhere, because a comment after me clarifies the real picture here that if your posts are of low quality and/or are reported to moderators or mods watch and don't think that your post is a "contribution" but just something that's repeated and/or insubstantial, then it would be deleted. I advice you not to do it because once deleted, if you try to post it back there, then you may be banned from the forum because of the "illiterate" misbehavior.

Is there any restrictions on myself posting in the specific forum? My posts here seem to not work or be deleted. Just trying to be a help to people asking questions and it's not working out so far. Any information would be great.. thanks everyone.

*edit* Would being on a VPN affect my ability to post ?

Maybe your posts are just low quality, and moderators delete them.
