Yes I think they have no posting restrictions at all except the time period restrictions but I am not sure.
No restrictions but you have to wait 6 minutes between posts I think.

What the hell is with all the crypto currency popping up anyway? Litecoin, devcoin, newbcoin, papasmurfcoin. Like where does it stop? Do I just invent my own crypto coin to make my next house payment in 20 years? Yeah uh today it's going to be chips-a-hoy coin. Yup.
It does seem to be a bit ridiculous at the moment, some are dead on arrival(mousecoin). They can be used for short term gain if you're careful. Anyway
it's easy to just avoid all the knock-offs and stick with coins you find to be
reputable, just like any other product.
