these restrictions seem to be sensible, lets see whats to say...
ridiculous restrictions are forcing newbies to post spam messages like this one. An alternative is needed..
this looks like a good policy, however it would be fine to let new users know about it...it's quite invisible for new folks
so that's why I couldn't post.... got it.

This is a reasonable and sound request. Long term, this post won't matter and the 4 hour minimum time requirement reading through the forums will be accomplished easily.
4 hour minimum spend time is killing me
Unfortunate but necessary, I suppose.
I also understand the restrictions. This is certainly one way to limit spammers.
