Question:
1. What is the best step a beginner should know and do, to become better and more successful like the friends here who have been working here for years

Best thread to read about what you needed https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/newbies-read-before-posting-1689727

And first thing to read to have an idea on how to earn here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/general-how-to-earn-bitcoins-1629118

2. What is the percentage level of difficulty for doing something good here.

From scale to 10 I will put 7 since merit system is somehow big problem of newbies since they take many months before they rank up here. And there are so technical challenges here so if you are eager to learn here also to earn better star first reading thee contents since it will give you a good moral boost.

An interesting suspicion by lovesmayfamilis.

So @HILT:xxx, are you really a newbie on this forum or you have some other motives with this topic?
It's hard to imagine someone as inexperienced as you asking about forum rules and, in the next post, already exposes other users alt accounts.

It's all good that you try to get comfortable with all the rules here. But forgive my suspicion again. I don't believe in your pure motives. Seeing your post on bans in the Russian section, I immediately had a feeling of mistrust. Smiley

Since you misunderstand the essence of this topic, I would advise you to understand it better. And also why does a newbie have too much suspicious zeal to find violators?  I can say again, this is a common merits hunt.
But if I'm wrong, and you are a real, and even honest, newbie, then take the advice. If you want to increase the percentage of usefulness from your being here, then whatever you do, do it sincerely, and not for the sake of merits.

Some advice buddy, don't be that guy that tries to play the ass-licking game, it won't end well, we hate it here. Work for whatever you want to earn and not get them through been favored. Also noticed something in your statement that caught my attention,

Hey HILT, welcome to the forums.

You don't have to be an expert to join discussions, or do anything to complete missions; treat Bitcointalk as a another forum.

However there are some twists:
1) Ranking up is powered by Merits (points given by other members for constructive/ helpful/ entertaining posts) and Activity (how long you actively spend on the forum). Without either, your rank will stay at where it is.
2) Zero tolerance on plagiarism. Any information like an article should be accompanied by the source. Once you're banned, you are blacklisted from the forum forever.
3) You might come across signature campaigns or bounty campaigns which require you to post or complete certain actions. Signature campaigns require members of higher rank and with a good posting history so begging or spamming your way will not work.
4) Posting referral links are not allowed.
5) When in doubt, you can ask a mod or the community. We'd be ready to help

There are way more rules here but feel free to go through them if you have the time.

In the meanwhile, just enjoy your stay Smiley

Less talk less mistake. What I've meant is if you are gonna be a long time user here in forum. Customed yourself into reading good posts. Also don't just comment or response to such topic, read what the current discussion and read their opinion, and when you grasp something is kissing then tell what you think. Forum is all about opinion and discussion, but with a conservative method for spams.

Goodluck on your journey here.

The rules exist to prevent spammers, bots, and other kind of abuses in the forum. If you are not abusing, rules will be no problem for you.

The best first step for a beginner is to study
You can watch Andrea's antonopoulos videos in youtube, they are very good and informative. If you feel you want more, read his book mastering bitcoin (available for free in github just Google fir it)

Just be yourself and make legit questions , share your knowledge and you will have no difficulties in doing something good here.

Hello: BitCointalk forum community.

I'm quite new here and don't know too much about this Bitcointalk forum, I just got to know him one week ago from a friend, because he is involved in crypto trading like the community does in general.

I saw and read a lot of rules that are discussed here, level by level and many boards discussing the discussion here, Bitcoin, Altcoin, Politics, Reputation, Economy and so many others.

I want to know more about the systems and rules that are here, yes, of course it's for my good to know more about Bitcoin in general.
