I have always been fascinated seeing people making it in crypto space. I'm kind of surrounded by people that are really into crypto but I have this mindset that until you have capital before you venture into crypto and make a success. This is why I haven't ventured into the space, but with good guide I believe I can make it as well.

You can always venture into cryptocurrency even without capital.  There are other means of engaging with cryptocurrency that does not need financial capital.  Like offering services and working as free lancer and accepting cryptocurrency as payment/salary.  Cryptocurrency isn't only about investment.  Since there is a community and economics, there will be lots of options to participate in cryptocurrency.

As a new person that wants to make it in crypto, what safety guidelines and advices can you give to see him/her to success with minimal risks?

You must educate yourself about cryptocurrency, its  basic technicality and economics.  Always verify information before believing it and avoid any get rich scheme proposition.

You have heard from the experienced on what to do. Before investing , do well to dive into what it means and how it works so that all your focus won't be in profit profit profit. This will help you balance your thinking and not over loaded with the thought of loss or gain. As you have heard from others, invest what you can afford to loose in other to maintain good standard of living without posting risk to your life.  Another pitfall to avoid in this journey is greediness,knowing when to enter and when to exit the market for profit maximization. If your investment is majorly on bitcoins, Good! But if you have others in mind, be ware of scammers

you may be able to have a good circle of friends and have good communication to discuss Bitcoin. but remember, not all of them can also be shared with them. keep your boundaries and privacy that you can't share with anyone. Your environment may be your greatest risk.
One more thing, if you store assets in a wallet, don't be too open to connecting your wallet with any site. most beginners are too eager to seek information related to crypto. and many scam sites that you will encounter.

You want to survive in crypto-currency with minimal risk yes it's possible even though there is always an element of risk in this space (crypto) but you can actually reduce it.
#Avoid altcoins if you can: altcoins are crypto-currencies that aren't Bitcoin, any other coin asides Bitcoin is an alternative coin, this side of crypto has a high percentage of risk and uncertainty, there are lots of altcoins and this can really mess with your choices, the are pump and dump and this can be an investors trap hole. So generally if you want to reduce your risk and you willing then you can try avoiding altcoins.

#Greed: the biggest tool scammers uses to get victims, greed is a potential risk in crypto-currency. It set people up to fall for scams, set traders and investors up to fall into loses as well.

#Low knowledge: you can't make it in anything you don't know about, Crypto-currency should not just be a gamble. Try to learn new things here, it can also here in protecting you in this ecosystem.

my suggestion is;
-keep your privacy
-do not trust 100% in other people, the rest is at least 5% for your suspicions
-don't be easily swayed by FUD and FOMO
-be yourself and never regret the decisions you have made
cmiiw....
the crypto space is full of things that we must be aware of so that you don't lose money instead of making a profit, as a newbie always verify beforehand any new information you hear and keep asking people who you think can be trusted and have a good reputation in this forum.

You can learn crypto without investing, I think that’s the best way to start one’s crypto career. Some bitcoin books to read are;

There is a lot of hype and fake lifestyle that’s being portrayed by people in the crypto in a bid to look successful. The best advice I received as newbies was “be skeptical of the hype”, this simple advice saved me from investing in altcoins even if they were promoted by the biggest celebrity or even if everyone is saying it’s going to be the next best thing after bitcoin.

If you currently lack capital to invest, you can learn a digital skill which puts you in a position to get paid in Bitcoin. You grow your portfolio through regular purchases and get an alternate means of earning an income. But if I'm being honest, earnun to get paid in Bitcoin required time and attention, and sometimes capital to pay for the skill set.

Been surrounded with crypto investors is an advantage because you could easily get firsthand about the whole thing. Just like you said bitcoin requires capital and patience, also have the mindset that bitcoin isn’t a quick get rich scheme. Although with proper understanding of its trading you could make profits from it.

The most important advice on crypto space is to invest an amount you can lose, this advice is because bitcoin and crypto in general is volatile.

As a beginner to minimize risk stick only to bitcoin holding, investing into Altcoins are only profitable to experience trader’s because it is more of pump and dump coins, so to invest in it is risky for a beginner

Also do not quit your job to focus on crypto trading only
