No, newbie can't join any campaign because i don't see any campaign accept and demand newbie. So wait for a month and after month you could apply behalf of this link https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-bitcointalk-signature-ad-campaigns-last-update-01-jan-23-615953 You could see in this link some campaigns accept the Jr.member not newbie, then it mean wait for you when you become jr. member.

No, and I'm very glad that it's like this. We don't want more spam on this forum.
I'd even like it better if there was a rule that you'd have to be at least full member before being able to join a signature campaign.

Don't make your only aim on here is getting a rank so you can join a campaign.
Just learn more about crypto and bitcoins. Engage with the community. Ask questions.

Spend time around the forum and eventually you'll find that you're eligible to join one.
If you do this, your post quality will be good since you'll only post if you have something to discuss.

Remember: Campaign managers look at your past posts and if they see that you write low quality posts, they'll deny your application.
And by looking at your posts, they were all about "hey how can i earn more. "

Another filipino sig campaign shit poster who needs to start earning money immediately and can't
even be bothered reading through the campaign threads, or be patient enough to rank up to jr
member (30 days is an eternity). Have I got that about right?

Nope, newbies are not yet accepted in signature campaigns. When I started, I waited for my account to rank before applying. Before, there is a campaign that accepts newbie but it is on PAUSE for about two weeks now I guess.
And newbies can not be paid close to Jr. rank. Ranks are very important here because it is one way of knowing a user if he or she is trusted, and experienced or the other way around.

It depends on owner of campaign or campaign manager who manage the prices per rank, you can search on signature campaign here. As for newbies, there's no guarantee you can able to join since newbie's signature link is disabled as for the rules of this bitcointalk forum and the campaign managers picks mostly for higher or highest rank because their signatures/banner is allowed and noticeable to other users here.

Dude first you must become a jr member so that you can join campaigns. It is not that hard but I will tell you that it is only a matter of time. With just a month you can be a jr member. But there were SOME campaigns that can accept newbie rank but those were unusual so be a jr member first Cheesy
