The Flag is active already (from the moment I created it). You just don't see it because you're not a Newbie. Open this topic in a private window and you'll see the Flag. 
The flag system has it flaws including not being visible in the local boards and on a few more that are not business related but are used also to advertise. In any case it was a great finding and is an important warning to the community. I hope more trustworthy members support it in order for the flag to get activated.
