You are welcome . I just want to let the account holders of this forum not to cheat and just take the easy path to climb be at the top. Everything takes time especially if it is worth working for.

Yes because "elderly" meritable people here have following attributes
1. Read the rules of the forum
2. Know about crypto and know how to initiate meaningful discussions and not simply shitpost
3. Would not spam the forum with a ring of alt accounts made simply for the purpose of farming and grabbing bounties.

Stop complaining about the merit system its been almost less than a month now that it has been implemented and still shitposting noobs dont get the idea. Gone are the days when you could spam the forum and become "Member" in a short span of time. Get a life and get a job.

A copper membership allows for a bigger signature than Jr. Member, with links. See etherflip as an example.

Now there is a very bad phenomenon, with the implementation of the new system, many bounties have also raised the demand, novice is not accepted, most only accept high-level members. Does the author just need the elderly do not need new people to help promote it?

Copper membership doesn't benefit anyone if they are already a jr member, which doesn't need merit.

What is this assumption based on ? Your personal experience. You have posted only 4 posts till now (at the time of this post being written). There are members adding a lot of quality posts and still not complaining. If you check the merit stats page carefully, your assumption will vanish.

"Why should I struggle for merit if I am a good poster and these detective merit sources is on duty doing their responsibility?"
If after all my good participation gain nothing from this forum, is this be my reason to struggle?  My answer is "no"
But I will assume that the merit sources is lacking to execute their duty, and maybe one of the reason is spammers are already built their empire in this forum, the great barrier to stop the vision of the good team.

OP's post, while fairly long, expresses one of those super-positive sentiments that I see so often in bitcoin discussion and economics--sections on bitcointalk that are basically breeding grounds for idiots trying to rank up and taking the easiest route to do it.  "Bitcoin can change our lives, it is a decentralized cryptocurrency and if we take time to educate ourselves and follow the rules.....blah^3".  It's the same words, just reassembled in a different configuration in order to get paid or rank up.  But my point is that it's a thought that's so fucking tired.  It's not that OP's language is terrible, because it's not.

Newbies should be struggling.  It should not be easy to rank up here, because we've all seen what happens when it is easy.  Good posts get buried in a mountain of shitposts, and the really talented posters get fed up and leave--and what we end up with are a bunch of people who can't write in English trying to write enough characters in English in order to satisfy minimums in order to get paid/rank up/farm accounts/whatever.  It becomes a total catastrophe.  That's why this merit thing exists. 

Noobs bitching about the merit system to me is like listening to Beethoven.  Their cries of unfairness lighten my mood and uplift my soul.  It's been so long in coming.

strongly agree with you, with us buying a ready-made account that may be with a fairly good level, does not make the account that you buy, is a pride of its own.
it's better that we start from the beginning and we feel how we explore each level we receive and remember there is a special pride for this, and we also have to familiarize and find out anything.
happy join for beginners keep your spirit level up.

If all of them possesses these factors or attitude i.e eagerness,perseverance and the willingness to help themselves to get what theyre want to achieve,then ranking up is not that really hard.

Make a qualitiy post,do not chase for merit let the merit chase you. 

If you want to post images you might as well buy copper as a newbie/jr. member. It is not expensive and should help BCT with hosting costs.

I think without struggling for newbie it's gonna be stagnant the rank and cannot be increased to up rank as soon as possible  .....

The newbies, especially the ones who wanted to increase their rank are struggling with the limitations that some are spending money to buy copper.
Patience and perseverance is the key to increase your level. Every achievement that comes from hard work is sweeter than those things you had easy. It is so fulfilling that you started from the bottom and you are slowly going up to the top. No person can become adult immediately  no matter how much they want it because there are certain things we learn while we grow up and priceless experiences. We must learn to take things slowly, limitations are made because it gives us lessons that everything does not come unlimited.
