Classic. Telegram is full of scamers. the best way is ignore them cause they have million of fake accounts. the most popular way - pretending to be an exchange admin. after joining Telegram group they will text you private with questions - how can i help you etc.. even if u dont have any issues.
Thats really annoying.

Although telegram is one of the best app to get updated information about crypto currencies projects but many people misuse this and pretend to be the owners of certain ico or other famous persons and demand money from them in return of some investment or schemes. Newbie traders or those who are recently involved in bitcoin easily get trapped by them and they scam money from people.

Well, In every social media platform, it happens. Even on facebook and twitter, there are various scammers that are waiting to steal your money. If there are ignorant peoples then scammers will be lively scamming everyone. If you're willing to enter trading, you should read info that will avoid you to be scammed.

Thank you for your prompt. I feel bothered because every day there are investment invitations, help with investment advice or those who falsify admin floors, ICO projects for fraud. Besides, the linked emails receive links containing malicious code. Pay attention and be careful with it

There is so much scam in telegram groups. Most people even pose like admins by changing their username to look like the admin's. Whenever someone poses to be an admi, you need to check the username and see if the person has an admi tag, if not report them immediately.

I received a similar message but on my email address  Smiley
I can't understand how people are still falling for such tricks!
I know that greed can make you blind but, come on, at least use your common sense.

Another way to scam people is by publishing on forums the username and password of an account on an "exchange platform", when you log in you will be asked to make a deposit to be able to withdraw the existing fund  Undecided

I remember something related to this kind of scam attempt or just the ditto of it? Not remember.

But I would like to explain what will happen after the person exchange to your account is that for withdrawing that site asks you to deposit some amount of bitcoin which looks very small amount like 0.01BTC so people will go for it and lose everything that they send to that address.

Basically, devs or other officials will not send a message to you in telegram because it will look unprofessional. The best thing is, don't waste your time having a conversation with unknown users. Probably, they have hidden agendas that it's in their favor so be careful on who you're chatting with.

I always doubt those telegram users that have corporate attires in their icon.  Cheesy
Most of the time, legit users usually wear the official logo of the company as an icon because it's a part of them to represent the platform.

Don't be easily fooled on the internet, that's a brief statement you should remember and you'll be safe.  Wink

Many offers appear on telegram from last year. Newly ignorant people will be a good prey for scammers. There are two forms of fraud often occurring on telegram:
1. Forged admin platforms, dev projects require deposit for scamer
Note: Admin never sends messages first
2. Private messaging calling for investment or gaming on websites created by scamer with high winning rate, but when depositing you will never withdraw that amount

It is better to change your telegram settings especially the Privacy and Security like the "Groups" settings where everybody can Add you to any groups without your consent or set to my contacts where no one will be able to  add you to any telegram groups. When there's someone want to add you to a group without your permission still won't be able to add you.

It's really hilarious to me how this scams seems to work.

"Oh, this not-so-shady dude from China needs help in logging in to his exchange account! Surely he's going to trust a random stranger like me!"

"Oh whoops. I need to deposit some of my BTC for the transaction fee, even though he already has BTC on the exchange to start with. Nothing fishy at all".

Greed and desperation makes people blind I guess. 🤷

Bitcoin FTW!

Telegram crypto community getting more polluted day by day.

What does this mean? Because that kind of sh*t is still effective up to today. More still fall on the trap "even not a newbie" to that kind of scheme as long as they got by the precious words of those scammers.

Even how the community spread news, noticed and warning, if people will forget to use their common sense, the cycle of scamming will not end.
Scamming's probably never going to end in the crypto community or in any community in general. It's been happening for as long as I can remember, and there's always going to be people that just don't think about their actions or stop and think about what's going on and fall for scams. Sucks that there's so many scammers out there today, but the best thing we can really do at this point is to continue to warn as many people as possible about the basic structure of these scams and to remind people that if something is too good to be true, it definitely is.

Lol, I do get this kind of messages often, sometimes I block them immediately while other times I play along until the site they directed me to register on (which I use fake details to register) asks me to make some deposit to unable withdraw then I asked the scammers to fund half of the deposit to unable withdrawal but they all have similar story (that they invested all their funds into bitcoin/project/site etc and now the site is holding all so they don't have any spare cash left) sometime they even promise to increase my commission fee to decieve me the more although after we get to this stage I greet them goodbye informing them their strict is old and only greedy fools or newbies now fall for this type of scams.

I do this to get their hopes up that they have found a victim then block them after. Most times (from conversation) this guys are very convincing I guess that's why people still fall victim to their stricts.

I saw this the same scam scheme that these telegram scammers do.

Better to ignore/block them and inform the community and avoid wasting your time talking with them.

There are lies, damned lies and statistics. MTwain

I normally use imgur, which is what you are using. What I do there is normally grab the "Direct Link" of the image (ending with a png extention) and insert it into something like this:

Code:
[img width=1000 height=650]https://i.imgur.com/IMAGEID.png[/img]
Where imageId is the image name in imgur. You can adjust the image size as you see fit (width, height), center it or not (using Center) and so on.

In the example I provided before (now included in your OP) I gave it a go with a table structure, in order to align both images and not have one on top of the other. I don't normally use images with tables, so the weird thing that is happening (left image crops once published, but not on preview) baffles me.

Edit:
Ok, you could also use this in your OP to fix the table issue:
Code:
[center][table][tr]
[td][img width=000]https://i.imgur.com/mSaDb2m.jpg[/img][center][b][/center][/td]
[td][img width=400]https://i.imgur.com/uM1upzx.jpg[/img][center][b]Part 1/2[/center][/td]
[td][img width=400]https://i.imgur.com/mSaDb2m.jpg[/img][center][b]Part 2/2[/center][/td]
[/tr][/table][/center]
-> Get rid of the "code" elements. What I've done is create a dummy first column and it displays properly now.

I immediately report these kind of accounts. It's not worth your time responding to the offers of these scammers. The best way to not get scammed is to not entertain them at all.

And not only that. Fake admins, people eager to help you, and so forth also use telegram to scout for gullable victims and scam them through a one-on-one PM conversation. By default, you should consider these approaches as if someone was cornering you up in an alley.

Note: By the way, you can post your images instead of adding the link, which would give your OP a more direct comprehensive approach. Use for example:

If you decide to do it, I'll delete the above images to make things neater (ofcourse the left one is not displaying properly once published, but it does on preview).

I've tried to get how to display image on this forum but so far all I get was blank image ,all I did was use the image icon when creating post and drop the image between ,what am I doing wrong? By the way thanks DdmrDdmr
