Fear is what makes novices sell their coins.
Poor financial decisions from before they invested also plays a role in panic. If one did not do due their research and jumped into the market without considering DCA, or liquidity risk they will be exposed to losses.
• Someone who invests 5% of their liquid worth into Bitcoin would be more relaxed during dips than another who invests >70%,

• Also, someone who takes up different buy positions with varying or fixed amount of cash may be more comfortable than someone who goes all in at one value with no risk management strategy.

The smart money market needs it since it their way to shake them out and be profitable the next time it goes back up again. Of course we can't change that fact if they panic but I guess it's a must for them to be educated regarding the game of crypto market and how volatile it is
I don't know what everyone else think, but to me, if some newbies was taught about bitcoin, and cryptocurrency volatility and not a wealth maker, many of them won't have been here in the first place, so am not surprised when I see newbies panicking at the market fall.
So a early coaching about cryptocurrency to Newbies would reduce the amount of naive/panicking newbie which means more than half of them

Every red market is a blessing if you know your ways, investors are so focus on continues surging that's why they panic once dips happens, there is no magic behind this than having more patience, volatility is a must in crypto market

It could be observed that private investors in particular have sold recently and thus panicked. Professional investors have used the decline to build up their positions or even to enter for the first time. There were several large investors who even invested 1+ billion. Therefore, in my opinion, we will not see any major declines from the current level.

Fear is what makes novices sell their coins. There are even people who woke from the dead just to own bitcoin and hodl and then sell if afraid when the price is decreasing. I have read somewhere that he/she is now active from being inactive for so long because the price of bitcoin reached 60k usd and that means he/she did not believe in bitcoin. The decrease in price is an advantage to some people where they can buy crypto at a lower price compared to the price before.

Every red market is a blessing if you know your ways, investors are so focus on continues surging that's why they panic
Really, the concept is not encouraging, we have two measures where negative market can be of benefit to certain people, from my perspective it's when you want to purchase a cryptocurrency and the values come to the extent that you get it at cheaper rate, but people that have it already is at negative side of it because the values of the existing currency have depreciates, so it never be blessings for investors who buy and store for long period.

once dips happens, there is no magic behind this than having more patience, volatility is a must in crypto market
It's obvious that patient and endurance is the engine block of every investment, crypto decreasing or depreciates today really this affect people because it's their source of generating revenue, so no one that will not be ready to lose.

I've been through bearish market since that 3k price back in 2019 and this dump just does not make me flinch even a little bit.
I kind of agree that there could be newbie hands that are still on the hold but still there would be just some that are really too afraid to risk the dip.
Emotions comes into play at this point of dips.

BITCOIN DUMP.
For the past few weeks, bitcoin has been dumping and many coins have been dipping, causing fear and some individuals to sell their coins at a loss. I chose to write this on this site as a piece of advice for novices, since I feel they will be afraid and may sell their coins at a loss, which is extremely awful. I feel that everyone should simply hold their coins since the bear market is just transitory, and I believe that we will all see it through, but we must be patient and not panic and sell at a loss. We had a bear market like this in March of last year, and we survived it, so we will absolutely survive this bear market.
I think those who went through the bear market last time are far more afraid compared to newbies when it comes to the occurence right now. The newbies surely has an idea about it already since they are reading a lot of stuffs with regards to the incident that occured last 2018. They are way more independent on choosing which action to commit for this situation since they didn't experience emotional trauma from the first worst bear market that happened. Nevertheless, let us spread positivity towards others regardless of the situation and we'll surely survive it once again.

These bear markets that causes dips on bitcoin is an opportunity for bitcoin hodlers to accumulate more bitcoins and hold them until it reach its "real" value in the future. IMO holding is one of the best strategy with bitcoin. Buy the dip then hodl. NIA.

Although there is professionalism in this advice and among those guides for -Newbies-, but like most theories even in sciences there can be modifications.
I think the grand rule is not only to buy and hold coins, or should you be in need and still hold coins which can be sold for you to settle yourself, on that note
+ Don't hold coins without your thinking cap, buy and hold valuables -bitcoins, or altcoins-
+  you must not slave while holding, sell off when very much inevitable.
+ Secure your holdings, don't store on exchanges for long periods/times.

If they want to bet, why not make a bet now?

We all know Bitcoin will have one big bull run every four years. So let's assume that they missed the chance to take profit around $65k, they can make a bet that Bitcoin has yet topped up in this bull run.

If that bet fails, they will have to wait for 3 or 4 more years to see the $65k again, after that will see a new all time high.

It is why Spot trading, and hodling are the best, you will not pay for loss if your investment or bet fails.

Frankly, I don't see how this bull market has ended yet but accumulation ahead definitely.

Honestly, it was predictable that there would be a dump sooner or later, after such a massive increase in recent months. That's why I've been advising all newbies who have had FOMO here or in the Altcoin Discussion section lately to wait until the price has come back a bit before entering. But I think greed has won again and many still got in at high prices. They are now paying for it! The hardened investors invest now or wait still a bit and then take the big profits again in the future. I for myself have some money from my gains in the past month that is waiting to get back into the market Smiley

To be honest I don't dare say anything, looking at the current crypto market conditions, almost 80% of people think like you.

For that there are things to read about the questions you ask, lots of people are giving advice on current crypto market conditions.

For example:
Sometimes when a coin pumps hard and starts to dump, novice will panic sell due to fear or other reasons, while the whales will buy up the dump and mop it all and then pump it even harder.... So don't always panic sell, be in control of your emotions, although it isn't easy, but with practice you will perfect and master it.......Every new trade is a journey and a new destination...... Always dyor

What do you think about this circumstance ? am i overthinking this ? share your views.

Maybe you should read a little about the contents in the comments above, maybe it can make you calm down a little, the current condition.

Of a truth, the fear of a lose or losing is what pushes or drives you to the most lose in cryptocurrency. This happens more than often when one lacks experience, faith and patience in the system. Fear thrives with the prevailing circumstances of these quality in a trader and drives them to sell at a lose.

You might feel your doing yourself a did of good by selling in a depreciating market but then, you find out that your the one actually funding the market while the hodlers keep swiping it of all profits because surely, the market would boom again. Build these qualities and your sure to win with the market. The cryptocurrency trading system is one of the easiest to understand. All you need is a good understanding of market analysis and be conscious of news as it has become a thriving thing in cryptos lately.

People especially the newbies are looking only to the weeks performance of bitcoin. Guys, you should give yourself an idea that bitcoin is still on the side that it's still gained if you're going to look for months away chart.

so we will absolutely survive this bear market.

I totally agree with your point. I believe you spoke out of experiences, runing is not the best way to win in some cases
In situations like this it's best to put aside assumption and put real life ideology into consideration, that "nothing is constant. I believe being patient enough is not a bad idea.

Everyone has their idea of doing things. So its it to every decision we take. It's best to take some  more time to take your own decisions. It's also a good idea to get many source of information form a globally recognized source.
It's not really good to make conclusions with personal decisions. Get to know the ideals  of other people. Be sure within yourself the right time to quit.

Just like I said before everyone has their own idea and different ways of dealing with situations. This is just my own idea. Let's all reason together. Grow together. Two heads are better than one in so many cases.
