Yea I'll agree the deals are few and far between I just don't want newbie miners to think that the 5830 is the best card at any price. It's solid but only because it was at 110. Just to show deals are still out there here's a post from less then a week ago:

This for example would crush a $130 5830 if you were building a dedicated rig.

Of course there are better cards than these, but the fact is that you simply cannot buy 1120 Stream Processing Units for under $200 anymore. I'd love to get a 6950 dual-bios card that I could flash the extra shaders out of, but they're becoming scarce. I posted this for the benefit of any miner who sees the usefulness of getting this card at this price, whether its a beginner's first GPU or an expert's ticket to sweet Crossfire delight.

According to Mining Hardware Comparison, aside from the 5830, the only other GPUs to break 325Mh/s are the 5850, 5870, 5970, 6870, 6950, 6970, and the 6990.

Depending on how you OC it, these cards have been known to break 300Mh/s
