There is a huge difference, if you make an accusation like cryptodevil you should be able to show that the site is actually paying (at least to some point when it collapses) and using just other investors money for those payments.

This one deserves a "scam is likely" warning, but the whole investor-based games section has a huge warning that you will likely end up loosing all your money. However, calling it a ponzi scam implies that some people get paid and I see no proof of that so far. This way cryptodevil might lure people in this thing who intend to gamble on a ponzi scheme. So in fact cryptodevil might support a plain never paying scammer (I don't know that yet, but it seems just as likely as the ponzi accusation) just because of his hate against people who gamble on ponzis. Is this a rational thing to do? I don't think so.
And maybe this is no scam at all. This is a very unlikely case, but I don't have any evidence, therefore I would say "most likely scam". Cryptodevil does not know more than me about that site and he says with some certainty "just another ponzi scam". I can see few minor front-end coding issues, but overall from coding perspective, can't see any major problems. (Did not do full re-search).
