I think DUSK can finally start to shine this year. With their focus on a privacy-orientated blockchain that's something I am sure people start to value more and more. Still weird that this project isn't really on the radar for most of the people. Right now DUSK ist still an ERC20 token but once they launch their mainnet this will start to gain momentum. Don't know if it's gonna be a 100x but it's definitely a great project.
Syscoin can 100X. The market cap is only 40M yet they not only have a team that supports it but an entire publicly traded company.
Syscoin itself can do a few unique things. Using the syscoin Bridge people can move assets made using syscoin over to the ethereum ecosystem and back, without any third parties.
Of course that doesn't mean that it will 100X but it's probably the best coin if you have money burning in your pocket. And if you can afford a masternode you can earn a fair bit of the mining reward, if you're focused on the long term.
It's a gamble, but less than a gamble than all the unproven teams out there. There have been active devs since 2014, and it seems like they are comfortable staying on this project long term.
Also from the outside it looks like the syscoin team has a good culture going.
Syscoin's capabilities include 60,000 Transactions per second and practically instant transactions using Z-Dag. So it can be used for Point of sale applications.
The team behind Syscoin actually helps other teams and projects with their tech, to the extent that syscoin holders will receive airdrops of other coins. (and have received a lot in the past too).
Of course any altcoin is even more of a gamble than bitcoin and you have to have the right mindset.

i don't have any toughts for the next 1000x coin, because its hard to predict buddy
but maybe a coins such as IOST or Harmony could grow about 100x in the next couple of months

It will be some new coin that we still do not know about. The new project will be started (probably), and if it is really cool, its token might grow 100 times. However, I still do not believe that any coin can gain x1000. It is not possible at all.
I think HEX will easily 100x your investment over the next 10 years,

Despite the long duration of this thread when created by the OP, Idon'tt think you read the OP statement cause he was asking us if there are coins that can provide 100x.
does not matter how long this thread was, he was asking which coins that can provide 100x and i said none also it is too good to be true in my opinion. was not that an enough answer for you? 
i think volatile was a wrong word from what i said earlier, i should have been said "the market/coins are dominated by top coins right now" although the downside of volatile is they could go down x1000 as well!

The top altcoins like XRP, Ethereum and Litecoin are easy to profit in a bullish situation,
but if you want 100x you have to have a low or medium cap altcoin, and you have to choose the right one,
because the fundamentals will be seen as the benchmark.

The really volatility in nature of crypto market is what gave cryptocurrency the chance of making ridiculous xx profit and theres many coins which have the capacity to provide 5x-100x profit before the new ATH price is achieved. Predicting a coin to increase to 10x is very difficult, 100x - 1000x is even more impossible. My advice is you should just think about 2x, it's more useful for you.what are your thoughts ?
when the altcoin season comes all dreams can come true, this is the world of cryptocurrencies,
look at Bitcoin alone has reached $ 18000, why can't altcoins be predicted ?, 100x - 1000x can happen,
I believe that, just pray God will give the answer.
I like to believe that this is still possible, but with the way I'm seeing now with the new projects, I don't think they will have the same destiny as the old coins. As an investor, we always look for an investment that could potentially give us a good return, a big return to be specific but I can't trust the new coins now.
With that said, I'm more favorable investing on old coins that has survive the long correction, and I believe ETH has the possibility to do that but I just don't know when it will reach that level again as it has already achieved x100 before.

I think this project is very good. polkadot is one of the best projects of 2020. and in just a short time this project can prove that they deserve to be included in the biggest crypto list. they are even predicted to be the strongest challenger to ethereum. So I think polkadot could be one of the altcoins that will go up 100x or even 1000x in the future.

because now its hard to find a promissing coin that can increase and grow about 1000x my friend

its hard to predict if a coin will grow 100x - 1000x in this situations because bitcoin show up the power now,,
and usually when bitcoin price growing, will push the price of altcoins to down buddy

Stakenet (XSN), Still surprised why not everyone has heard about them. To me, the only reason here is they have been working under the radar - have a low mc, even though they've had a partnership with Litecoin team. The big potential here. Undervalued!
Which partnership do you mean? As far as i know they are just tryong to create exchange for them. Does it means that they partnership with Litecoin? No. We have thousands exchanges for Ethereum. But almost none of them don't have partnership with Ethereum. and why we need exchange for litecoin if this coin does not have tokens?
