Hey, to each his own! We've all got our own predictions. I feel extremely confident in bitcoin being over $100k in five years. I'd surprised if it isn't 6 digits in five years.

@BTCMILLIONAIRE why not stay with stocks if you think that you can get more with it and you're even safe there? It's not that easy to say that with the stocks, once the economy falls into crisis, goodbye to your investments there.
@thecodebear yeah that's even more reliable 2000%+ is much even commendable than my 100%-1,000% assumed return.

It's important to analyze different possible scenarios and to evaluate the outcomes to make a sound investment decision though. If you don't know what the possibilities are you can't invest, you can only gamble.

Guys, you must understand what is so unpredictable, what to give predictions And to foresee what will happen in the next five years, generally an ungrateful occupation. Just look at what happened During the last 7 years, you're in the foreign exchange market and in general Bitcoin itself. So I think that we'll just Live and see what happens.

I honestly would be surprised if that happened, but I wouldn't plan my life around that prediction. Five years is a large amount of time in crypto, and we don't know if or how regulators would try to bring crypto down yet.

I don't think its a little too much. Low to mid 100-thousand. Sounds about right for 5 year from now. I'd expect bitcoin to pass $100k in 4 years probably.

I see  bitcoins price to hit $30k in the next years, no doubt that investing in bitcoin to this early time will give you unexpected profit after 5 years. 1 bitcoin  can give you a lambo  in the future so start investing to bitcoin right now.

That could be a little too much, but it's probably not too far off if things keep going the same way.

Yeah five years will be more like 2000% return for bitcoin

100% in 5 years is pretty damn weak though. Can get more with stocks with more safety.

Asking him with bitcoin or alt coins? Obviously we are on the speculations board for bitcoin so it's $50k investing for bitcoin. If you can avail the price now, just invest with it forget it for 5 years from now and you'll definitely get 100 - 1,000 % return.

Bitcoin I would stagger the buy, since we might see a reversal soon.

Altcoins, depends on your strategy. If you're in for the long run with coins that have real world implications, sure, always worth it. If you're in it for short term flipping, then you have to be even more careful to find the right entries and exits.

$50k, worth to invest now?

I still don't know what will be exactly happened after five years. Correct me if I'm wrong, but until now we're just speculating its future. If I were guess, well, base on today's bitcoin's status, maybe it will more popular, it will preferably a business choice of people, more enthusiast and price is much higher than current value

In my opinion, Bitcoin in the next 5 years will probably be widely accepted in the world. There would be lots of seminars, courses and academies about bitcoin and different strategies to earn profit from it. More individuals will share their success story in bitcoin, and of course, there will also be news about the negative side of bitcoin such as scams, Ponzi schemes, criminal activities, etc. but it is all part of bitcoin growth and development. For bitcoin's price, we may see it at six figures if exponential growth continues.

No body knows about the future of bit coin and even we cannot say anything about our next days of our lives but according to the previous history and the observers point of view it is expected as well as predicated that bit coin will be the only one currency which will compete all the remaining crypto currencies in market.

With bitcoin nothing is assured, because everything with cryptocurrency is completely unpredictable. When it comes to bitcoin the growth is promising as well it is a proven fact, which can be understood going through the growth chart. So, we can just speculate and the rest happens upon the way it gains support.

Well, 5 years is a pretty long year from now. I think so many changes and technological developments. so I'm also sure that bitcoin will have a very high price, and it will probably be developed far from now.

If the situation you described that I bolded were to happen, Bitcoin would be in the millions of dollars in 5 years, not $50k. Bitcoin can already gain $2000 in a month long bull run. Bull runs are only going to increase in raw dollar values as the price gets higher. A non-stop bull run with very little corrections for 5 years is not going to happen. This year hasn't even been a non-stop bull run, there's been 1 to 1.5 month long corrections, and the major bull runs didn't even start until basically beginning of May. So it's been 6 months from beginning of May and the price has increased by over 4.5x during that time! That's a doubling rate of less than 3 months!

Even if you describe your non-stop bull run as only having a doubling rate of 6 months for the next 5 years straight (which is a far cry from what you described), from today's price of $6400, that means Halloween 2022 Bitcoin would be $6.5 million! Doubling from here just 3 times will put bitcoin at $51k.

My point is all Bitcoin has to do to get into the 6 figures within 5 years (which I absolutely think it will) is have a solid bull run every few months, with deep corrections in between like we've had this year. As the price goes higher these bull runs will get smaller percentage-wise but larger dollar-wise.


Here's an extremely low ball estimate for Bitcoin for the next 5 years:

2 bull runs per 12 months, starting at 50% gains for each bull run for first 12 months, going down by 10% every year, so that the 5th year the two bull runs only get 10% gains each. Just these meager gains (by bitcoin standards) would put the price at $83k in five years!!

I think if bitcoin users 5 years ahead more and more then the presence of bitcoin increasingly popular. Vice versa if the user bitcoin in the next 5 years lost, then bitcoin will die.
In the next 5 years i think there will be a rise and fall in prices, but i remain optimistic for the next 5 years bitcoin will be stronger and the price is higher.
