There have been a lot of good ICOs recently. However, one thing that is common to them is that their value always drop upon launch on exchange.
Beyond that, if one has confidence in the project; then it will be great to stick to it as the future returns may be great.

Take a look at Ingot project.
They have already reached 40 million soft cap and actively doing promotion in Asia now. Seems as legit investment

Considering investment here for a week already! If they reach 80 million hard cap it will be one of the biggest ICO in 2018

The same question to EOS - why do they need 4 BILLIONS dollars?? ETH had much less funding and it abounds in beauty now!
If project has money it is always good. More money it has more chances to become successful

Bitcoin and ETH are the coins you have to dig with the POW method. They have had time to evolve when the market is small, and now that the market is exploding, EOS easily has a huge investment to develop over ETH, but it is unlikely that it will overtake it. ETH

I think you should DYOR, look at the new projects coming out in this website, attend meetups and connect with people in the space, etc. This can help you to find the next big ICO

Well i can say for a truth that nobody can predict the bext big ICO but rather look at what the project is offering and the team. I will say look at Deedcoin, FlipNpik, Hussy and Boomstarter network. They are my top pick for now. You can also do you due diligence.
