It seems many people have been confused by the site update. We have added a Token Trading Exchange to our previous Futures Exchange. Balance for the two exchanges are separate so even if you have funds in the futures exchange, it will come up as 0. After logging in and clicking 'manage my account', look on the left side and you will be able to see that there are two separate tabs labeled 'Token Trading' and 'Futures'. Click on 'Futures' to check your balance.

If this is not the case, please contact us again.

Yes, we ask you to wait for Week 2(7/8~7/14). The signatures are a problem that we are still in the progress of editing. We are glad to have you back in our campaign!

We also regret to inform those who have requested a change in payment address that we are unable to do so. As our prior participants would know, we had a 50% bonus rate in addition to our base rate. With this new campaign, the company had agreed to raising the base rate to our bonus rate on the condition that participants receive their pay through a Nexybit account. How about old participants?

Old participants are automatically moved to the new signature campaign after change in signature, registration at the Nexybit site and confirmation of information. Those who have already registered and been confirmed for bonus rate in our old campaign only need to change the signature.
