You're already aware of the story and it's just about how the guy valued it and how the community saw the story of it and dealt with its valuation. There's nothing special with it and you just have to know how he's done it and you can do the same. But the output will be different from yours. Those people that have gone viral and sold their NFTs like picture collection have really a great job on how they've sold a lot of it with a great price.
