It's definitely excited considering this is GTA which is a very popular game,
indeed with the development of technology we can make money from the game,

I honestly doubt GTA would ever implements and integrate NFT directly into their game, that would never boost their profit anyway, GTA is all about making profit thats why their GTA online was revolving around generating massive profits for them.
an item that could be traded outside of the game just doesn't seem beneficial for GTA itself, it just means that the money will be circulating around the gamers not just buying things directly from rockstar which means profit for them.
this whole NFT implementation in GTA is after all just rumour, nothing official coming out from the team that develops the game anyway. so don't be overly optimitistic. there has been many rumour about current GTA online adding such features too and turns out it just a rumour at the end of the day.

I really don't understand why people have taken these rumors seriously. Even Forbes india publihed an article where they stated that GTA6 is reportedly including cryptocurrency rewards.

But no one from rockstar has said anything even close to crypto being implemented in any form. Even mobile developers are struggling with the concept of pay tp play as it's just not sustainable nor it makes any sense.
I would see that in the future some people get paid to do chores in games, but those are paid by other players. Similar to people selling accounts that are grinded to high levels.

Much of that sounds like just heavy speculation. I would welcome this but there are a big crowd out there that passionately hate crypto and nfts. And since it most likely would be a small part of the game, they might need to drop it. Just the outcry and boycott doesn't suit well with a company that's trying to make money. And on top of that laws on cryptos are still just forming and company could face some serious trouble for basically same reasons other crypto firms do.

That will give a huge impact to the play to earn games again. This time P2e has been slowly gaining the traction again. i expect it to do so well in the upcoming bullish season. It will be so good to see that will able to go back again to the moon soon.
I hope that's gonna be real caused by we have seen very big decrease happened in the play to earn game.

covid 19 has literally thrown the crypto market into a tailspin and pushed aside some of the NFT/Metaverse tokens that have no functionality and mass adoption. but don't know what will happen in the next few years, will the NFT hype come back again and we will see lots of NFT / Metaverse tokens popping up.

I think, NFT/Metaverse has been exaggerated. Apart from the explosion of adoption for the arts and gaming sectors, it has not brought much benefit to users, largely due to a factor of speculation over valuations and high demand for games due to covid19. Bear market has represented the decline of the entire market and I think it is time to evaluate the maturity and existence of the nft/metaverse through the development, improvement and adoption of users.

Most NFTs don't offer holders any benefits but neither does dogecoin. However holding BAYCs has been very beneficial for the holders.

A series of famous brands are investing in converting to NFT, perhaps in the near future it will be Amazon. That means NFT will have more time to develop, optimally suitable for growth and development in the future. It solves many nooks and crannies in which the economy is standing.

That's no surprise and most of it are not only due to manipulation to take advantage of those who FOMO but it was also caused by those who launder money. Cases like that are said to be rampant now here in the world of NFT's but i hope more regulations can come so that this can be lessened at least and then the reputation of the NFT's won't be totally damaged.
