It might sound absurd but since the money has been earned through a no-deposit bonus and the withdrawal is a free one, it is reasonable if they take their time to process it, though it could be better if they do it more quickly but I wouldn't blame them for this, the thing is whether the withdrawal will actually get through or not.

I don’t see any harm on the proof that Skenhtal show us since he provide proper evidence to support his claim. His account is also involved on gambling activities before he became inactive last 2020. The chance of him being connected to the casino is very low since this is what he normally doing when he is active.

And waiting that long time span before we can get our withdrawals is not a good sight to see, so for sure there are other more got disappointed on how this casino take action on solving issues on their clients.
