Thanks for sharing the info - I'm sure the amount of people mining on their gaming rig is alot higher than most would think - especially when looking at the amount of people who use NiceHash as their goto miner.

Disabling SLI solves the issue, but keeps my frigging SLI disabled.

Contacted NH on Facebook and they don't seem to be responsive or attentive at all.

they are really big and simply don't care about the issue.  you use your pc as a gamer  you have 1 rig  so you are small.

See if there is an easy way to toggle  SLI on and off.

I have 4 rigs. One is at home and I want to use it too. I happily pay the fee for the service, and they did get back to me. There will be an update soon.

They are currently being DDOSd hard, so they have bigger problems than you.

I have also had problems with the miner freezing the computer since 2.0.2.5 - I will let the thing mine overnight and see if this issue is also gone since reverting to 2.0.2.4

Hi, did you also solve the freezing issue by reverting?

I can confirm that reverting to 2.0.2.4 (previous version from May) solves my SLI issue - right away the miner starts mining with both my cards, hash rate is back to double.
I have also had problems with the miner freezing the computer since 2.0.2.5 - I will let the thing mine overnight and see if this issue is also gone since reverting to 2.0.2.4

I run the miner also on two other rigs, both of which are only using 1 card each - and these two rigs has no issues with 2.0.2.5, so I will be running 2.0.2.5 for single card and 2.0.2.4 for SLI for now.
Hopefully it's something they will resolve in the next version Smiley

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated!

I have a miner with 6 non-SLI cards. It works fine with NH.2.5. I think the issue is only with SLI setups.
Thanks for pointing it out and let's hope in a quick resolution!

I can confirm I got the same problem.. I could not understand why my mining income suddenly had halved, and now see why.. It looks as if both cards are working from the setup, but like OP explains I can only turn on/off one of the cards - trying to turn on/off the bottom card will only toggle the top card - and I know from my other rig with 1 card that the Hashrate I get is equal, before it was double as this RIG has two cards.. disabling one card gives the same rate.

I'll try to revert to an older version of NiceHash Miner as it's no good only getting one card to work.

UPDATE

NH Legacy works, but only if I deselect and reselect both GPUs. Then it can run for hours.

Regular NH still doesn't forking work. I am at a totall loss of why.

Also, I think the daily profit of NH Legacy is not so good compared to the normal one, but it could just be my impression as I'm pissed off.

If I run the excavator+web+restart_script both cards work and mine without a single issue. I just can't get them to work from the GUI!

you are asking for a red tag  I won't give you one, but others would

@ op

what is your mobo?
did you swap the card position?

to see if it follows the card

the other person wants you to roll back to legacy  to see if it will mine for you.

Mobo is Asus Z97 WS. Worked flawlessly until a couple of weeks ago when the problem started. I made a fresh windows install. Same.

I can't swap the cards. They are watercooled in a loop. And with every other miner they both work flawlessly together.

I'll try the legacy miner.

the Legacy version do not recognize Nvidia? Legacy is more advanced version.

Where did I say NH does not recognise NVIDIA? It can see and benchmark both cards perfectly. But uses only one.
