And as i said already: it is complete transparent. if he stops paying out u can see it and will not invest further.
So he could always only run with 1 BTC.
And he has already earned alone from BTC deposits this:

it is not about being the first or the last, because whenever OP decided to run, then all your coins will be at risk, but i think you are a brave guy that dont care to lose some satoshis

The whole time system is basically a difficulty control system, at some point it should be
very unwelcoming to input more to the sheer number of unpaid transactions so people
will wait for these transactions to become expired thus lowering the difficulty.
Although when that time is, depends on the people who input in the first place and their
patience on waiting to be paid out.

the more BTC are played the bigger gets the "unpaid" bubble. so at a same rate of senders the payouts will need longer and longer.
so at some time (when the first unpaid deposit is at 10-20 h i think) the people will be too afraid and stop sending until some payouts are dropped.
but since the beginning it has paid everybody out.
so until now 100% win rate.
but if everybody would stop sending NOW the last 30% would lose.
