Not sure if this has been suggested before but if they didn't do it, that simply means that they are already contented on the traffic that they are getting. If they don't gain more costumer, maybe it's not about because they are not innovative but it's because they are connected with nitrogensports and this site has some unresolved cases before.

People don't want to get in trouble so they are avoiding this site as much as they can. Do you want promotions? They already have lots of it, it was displayed in the pic on the first page but someone says that their promotions are hard to achieve. That can still be turn off. A review campaign can only hurt them more, so no they won't do it.

Look at nitro's history and their terrible promotion requirements. They became a total ripoff site, not more and not less.

You will really have to come up with something innovative for the site to gain new customers. The posts are not very inviting and now seem to only serve as filler. Why not consider applying some more promotions for both existing and new players for example? Or maybe see if you can award something like a bonus, or a review campaign?

To be honest, It's up to you whether you want to play there or not. But, just based on that, You cannot ask others to not play there. But, I respect your opinion since you were not able to close your account. I don't play on their website because their sister site has a lot of scam accusations which I have already posted before. Still, I want to know, Do they suppose to close your account on your request? Do they have the features like self-ban or something like that? If not, You may contact support and ask their agent to block your account. I think you should post in detail so that we can understand. Meanwhile, If they don't close your account after you request them to do, You may try your self to not play there.

A reminder to not play here. I expect Juventus to have a hard time imposing themselves tonight without Dybala. They don't have a strong-enough midfield to dominate the match. And if Bonucci actually missed the match, I think that Villareal even has a good chance to get a win because they are scoring plenty of goals despite their best striker being injured. 

For the second match, Chelsea is the obvious favorite to win and I think they will.
