1. In some cases, deposits may require one confirmation before players are allowed to bet.
2. Withdrawals are reviewed for security purposes, but take very little time, especially compared to fiat books.
3. There are no limits on withdrawal amounts.

Not that Nitro cares, but I recently won 6.67 btc in some sports betting after being down. So I went on DICE just to roll a few times and do a test of their algo's too. So i tested prior to my win with some super small amounts and the %'s of winning seemed to be right for what I had it set to. So as a test I decided to try big values and look at the instant behavior change lol. They claim provably fair on dice but I think something fishy occurred and they have background code that checks the btc values and forces losses more frequently.
Take a look and heed this warning users of Nitro, do not use their DICE feature:

That's all anecdotal evidence. You don't have near enough data to conclude it's rigged. You would need to show uncharacteristic losses over thousands of bets, not a handful. Variance is far too high with small data sets to conclude anything.
It is said that nitrogen rigs blackjack and dice. But I think fi you are a sports bettor, just bet sports, don't bet others if you want to lose.

Glad to hear you like Nitrogen Dice! In order to win the Dice Jackpot, your dice roll must contain the number 7 for thirteen consecutive rolls. The number 7 can show up anywhere in your roll number (e.g. 49.71 and 87.12 would both count). Your rolls must also have a bet amount and profit amount of at least 0.001 btc for your rolls to qualify.
In addition, if you hit a streak of 7s that is halfway to the dice jackpot target, you will receive a .001 btc free bet for the sportsbook. The current target of 13 has a halfway point of six rolls containing 7's.
