Similar to what many here seem to experience, it's, perhaps, one of our most mixed reviews. There's a lot to like, but also a lot to be wary about the brand.

The fact that they do not respond at all to this does not help them. It would have been nice if the site also gave a substantive response here, but they don't respond.
It is your right that you created a flag now.
To be fair, here in this thread they said to send them my account number and they will forward it but I chose to write them directly on their site via support ticket. I also added the scam accusation thread link on the ticket so they know what this is all about.

I withdrew and will update as soon as I received the withdrawal.
Still they terminated my affiliate deal while my player is still making a lot of bets every day.

Our security team sent multiple warnings and even gave you a chance to clear up the account. The extended explanation has been sent to you multiple times via support ticket, of which you are already aware.

I know what they claim that I have done wrong but its not true.
Wrote in my report ( see the link in my post ) they say I multi account and my affiliate is the same person.
But my affiliates account got reopened and he is playing until this very day, a lot.
Also self referring (what they claim I did) makes no sense as I already have/had an affiliation/rakeback deal with btcgrinders.com.
They just ended the communication without showing me any proof and saying their decision is final.
It all didn't make any sense and since now I got around 1000$ in the account I want to fight for it.

Your support team did not care in march and they won't care now. Thats why I had to contact sbr and make this public here. So no need to "escalate it to your support team".
They should have taken action earlier. It is unfortunate that bookmakers only take action when contact is made with sbr. That's not how you deal with customers.
I hope it gets resolved soon now. And then let us see and find out what their argument was.
You don't know the reason they closed the account the only thing you can blame them for is that they failed to communicate clearly to the customer. but we all make mistakes from time to time. You can only expect slightly fewer mistakes from a bookmaker and communication is central
