DarkDays - "My only problem with the way line changes are shown (and it's like this for normal bets as well as live bets) is that if ANY part of the game I'm trying to bet on changes, the screen refreshes when I try to add it to my ticket. So if I'm trying to bet on a game that's -3 -110 o201 -110, and it moves to -3 -108, even if I'm betting on the over the screen refreshes and I'm back at the top again. So now I've got to scroll all the way back down and find what I was trying to bet on. It's annoying and happens all the time. Why not add the game to the betting ticket and have a big '!' next to the line if it's changed, like how it is when we add a game to the ticket and the line changes before we click 'bet'?"
Agree 100%.
This is something I asked about long ago and was told "We'll look into it yadda yadda..." but nothing was improved.
Even if I'm making one pre-game bet, if I click on a selection to bet and the line changes/has changed, I get the red "Line has changed" message.
I now have to scroll and find the game, and click on it again.
This is a primitive method.
What other books do (all other books that I deal with) is make it clear on the betting slip that the line has changed (different color, larger type, "WARNING", etc.) and offer one the option to accept the changed line - or delete it - without having to go back, find the bet, reenter the bet, wasting more time and then sometimes the line has moved again and it's necessary to repeat this time wasting and unnecessary procedure.
Can't this be improved?
Is it possible to get a yes or no as to whether they'll upgrade their betting system to allow for this, and not "Thanks for the suggestion?"
Hey Gogo,
I can sympathize with your frustrations regarding this process. We are always striving to build the best possible sportsbook, and user feedback is definitely something we have been trying to effectively incorporate into our updates on the site. I can give you a definite yes that we are looking to perform improvements with regards to the current system for notifying users of updated odds. We cannot, however, provide an exact time frame as to when these improvements will be fully released. You are, of course, always more than welcome to check back with our team to how it's coming, and we'd be happy to provide you with any updates we have at that time.
Thank you again for your helpful feedback.

Nitrogen is a first class book in many ways.
But you've got to improve the changing lines situation.
I had a session with this today and it's ridiculous.
Find the bet I want, click on the play.
Scroll up. The line has changed. Scroll down, find the bet again.
Click on it again, scroll up to put in the amount.
Whoops, the line has changed again.
Scroll down, find the same bet.
Scroll up, put in bet amount. Or more often, pass because of latest line unacceptable, perhaps I would've taken the 1st change (sometimes) but had to waste time finding the bet again and scrolling down and up.
This is really primitive.
Offer the new line in the bet slip, call ATTENTION to it, give us the choice of betting it or passing.
Don't keep making us go back and re-select the bet everytime.
This is enough to end up with your customers starting to look elsewhere.
