Please email our support team ([email protected]) or PM us and include as much detail as possible regarding the issue, browser extensions, and type of device you're using to access the site. We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Also, the best way to find a match is to use the search bar in the "starting-soon" section under the specific sport you're looking for. You can also use the search bars under the specific leagues as well.

i also no idea what really happen. it is like it just stuck there but i still can change tab and other tabs are working fine. so it is not about the chrome hang due to over load of things. i also first time encounter when i try to go back to the main page (even by entering the main page url and hit enter) it never go back at all EVEN when i can see the brief moment that circle is rotating (meaning that the page is loading) but the page is still freeze there and not go to the main page.)

never encoutner this before. end up i so angry at the website that i withdraw all the fund already. even withdraw also quite tricky for me.

Sometimes chrome can hang after we've made an update to the site, if you clear your browser's cache this should fix the issue for you. I'm also very sorry to hear that you've withdrawn your btc, hope you'll give us another shot in the future!

You are more than welcome to send to the same bitcoin address every time. The option to change addresses is there for additional anonymity and security.

When you make a withdrawal you enter the address of your personal wallet, or the wallet on the site you're withdrawing the funds to. If you would like to change wallets each time, you certainly can, that is totally up to you. Your call.

Also are deposits and withdraws vary in time according to the amount of btc you deposit or withdraw? I assume any type of deposit whether 0.1 or 50 btc would be deposited around the same time. However if its a withdraw, a big withdraw such as 50 btc withdraw would take a lot lot longer than a 0.1 btc withdraw?
Withdrawal times are not in any way effected by the size of the withdrawal or deposit. Deposits depend on how long it takes Blockchain to process the transaction. Withdrawals are all approved after a quick review by our securities team. This is generally within a couple of minutes.

There is no issue with this at all. You are free to make as many deposits and withdrawals as you like, all of which are totally free.

While the transaction may be pending, you are still able to bet on the sportsbook. It is only if you want to play poker that you need to await confrimation.
