Been on this site since the beginning. Never had a minute ban till today. Said mike mcdermett was a faggot for hit and running chan(rounders). 60 minute chat ban. I realized my mistake right away a warning would have been sufficent or at least a check on my ban record. Are you fucking serious? No warning straight chat ban. All the money Ive gambled on this site we are motherfucking adults your fucking moderators need to get a grip. FUCK YOU to the moderators on your site. Gamblers cursing and saying faggot you must be joking. I got my moneys worth on my next ban will think 2x before using your site again. Check my chat record if you incompetents keep records of players bans.
I have seen a lot of people who spam the chat with all sorts of things. I won't blame them for doing their job on every case. But still I too think they should be a bit more lenient while doing their bans certain times. I have seen some mods give a warning before a ban, and some just banning even before they give out a warning.
Now that I have cooled down, I mean I have seen people call each other fags and worse in chat and not even gotten a warning. I wasn't even referring to a member but to a movie character its absolutely ridiculous. We were talking about poker at the time. Site should really rethink its bans. Some chat bans are def warranted but use a modicum of common sense. I def didn't get a warning ban came 1 minute after I didn't type anything else. Don't treat adults who make one mistake and finance your site like children which is what I feel happened in my case.

chat rules. However, racial or homophobic slurs are strictly forbidden in chat and our mods will ban users immediately if they see this type of language being used. In your case, I can understand that this slur was not used in a literal or malicious context towards another person. However, our mods try to maintain a certain level of consistency when it comes to this rule..
We always strive to keep a fun and friendly place for our users to chat, while maintaining a certain level of appropriateness. This is a tough line for us to tread and we're continuting to revisit our chat management strategy based on users' feedback. Obviously, we do not want to overly censor our users in chat, but there were probably some other choice words you could've used to describe Matt Damon's poker strategy.
