I'll give you guys a suggestion. Give the users the option between constant shuffle or shuffling at say half way through the deck or quarter of the deck for single deck BJ. I think this would eliminate the insane runs which I may add never seem to happen for the players.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been on a bit of bad streak. We do encourage everyone to take advantage of the Provably Fair system at Nitrogen by changing their client seeds, and verifying their hands. You can do this in a couple ways:

1) In the blackjack client, you can view your shuffle information and calculate whether or not the hand was fair
2) If you click "External Verification", you can view all of the code we use to apply the shuffling algorithms, and test your hands
3) If you'd like to use only external tools, we've provided a step-by-step guide on how to do so on our blog: https://nitrogensports.eu/blog/was-your-blackjack-hand-provably-fair/

Of course you can have a losing streak I've had many but never have I seen a stretch where a player does not win 14 hands in a row. It just doesn't happen. Anyway I think their sportsbook is great but will be avoiding their BJ tables like the plague.

The first time you play they'll let you win but after you play your next session the doom switch gets turned on. I had a stretch where I did not win a single BJ hand 14 games in a row the probability of that is less then .02455% that's 2/10th of a single percent. You would never see this kind of run bad in a live non rigged casino. If you decide to play anyway DO NOT MARTINGALE.
