It looks like no cs at all during the late evening/early am USA time.
Sent support ticket on website over 3 hours ago, sent email to website, a pm here, posted here, no response from any of these.
Please respond. If you're not able to handle what I describe in my pm, please get someone who can help to respond promptly.

Just so you know that it can take up to 24 hours for Support Tickets to be responded to. If you didn't know that previously, we do have it posted on the support ticket page. While we certainly strive to respond to all our users questions, comments, and concerns faster than that, sometimes there are instances where it can take longer. Our response times are far quicker than the industry standard, and this is something which is a point of pride for us. Obviously, as with any business, there are hours when there are more staff working than at others. We are always looking at improving our response times and customer service and we hope that soon all users will see an improvement.
As Jenny has previously mentioned to you, this forum is solely used by the marketing team for Nitrogen Sports. Support issues are only dealt with through the support ticketing system on the site.
