NitrogenSports have finally refunded my 0.024 BTC. I have removed the -ve trust and don't find any option to remove the flag. If someone tells me how to remove it, i will do it.  

Your team and you have closed my account after charging 3% for withdraw. I am not able to login as it shows now "invalid username/password". You can refund me 0.024 BTC that was charged to me to the same address i used for deposit. Check your pm.

I wanted to come on BT to discuss the particulars of your case and to explain why our team overlooked some key factors when arriving at a decision about your account. I'm also going to clarify our position and explain publicly why in a practical sense we have a policy to charge fees for non active withdrawals.

In your case, you explained clearly to our team both here on BT and via ticketing that you moved your deposit into the system, and while waiting for a confirmation, tried to bet on a tennis event, but by the time it had confirmed, the line was already down. This should have been something our team cross-referenced when you brought your case to us. That didn't happen and we apologize. With proper hindsight we should have corroborated your story with what we knew about your activity. For this reason, we are crediting back the full amount that was charged to you initially for having a non-action withdrawal request.

In cases when an account has very little history with us, it can be difficult to assess user intent when they want to withdraw a non-action balance.  I want to clarify that we still do have a fee policy for non-action withdrawals as outlined in Rule 19:

"Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to apply extra processing fees to any withdrawal of funds if an account is not in compliance with our rules, fair play or valid action requirements."

...  but that decisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and if we can determine to our satisfaction that there was no malicious intent, we will try to avoid charging this fee. The fee is not something that we enjoy charging, but it's a necessary tool in order to cover ourselves for a variety of reasons; both internal and external.

Again, we apologize for the time you spent trying to defend yourself, and we'll be available to you or to anyone else who may have questions regarding this policy.

Well i depost to place a bet but match was already started so i didn't placed the bet and instead withdraw it but Nitrogen wanted me to place a bet or charge 5% fees. Clear scam and extortion of money. They don't promote responsible gambling. If i do not want to bet then that's my decision, Nitrogen can't force it's users to bet to withdraw. This is ridiculous. After being notorious for cancelling winnings bets and branded them as bad lines. Here comes another suspicious case. Probably not suspicious but a clear scamming activity.

@NinjaBitcoiner how long is your deposit not used in Nitrogen? I don't think someone deserves a 3% withdrawal fee if the fund is left unused. If you don't like people parking their funds unused in your site then put it in your TOS/TOC with your fees.   

When I started in this forum, Nitrogen was topping the list as the most trusted sportsbook in this forum. Now Nitrogen is probably the last to be trusted with Betcoin.ag heading for a move to clear its name.   

True but they charged me 3% to withdraw my own bitcoin. I requested them to send me my all bitcoin to same address i used to deposit. Then start charging basic network fee or mining fee for such users who are not there to play or maybe start charging a certain fee on all. Simply holding balance and charging a percentage (5%) is not fair. In real, you are not entitled to charge anything more than the mining fee.

They wouldn't send me my money and say something like 'money laundering' because they told me to contact the support and then they will review the account after roll over. They just wanted to deduct bigger fees and they did. NitrogenSports has turned SCAM

I agree 5% is way too high for a fee this would only be fair if it was specified somewhere in the terms. For ninja, if you want to save more or take a smaller hit on the fees they're charging I suggest you play on their casinos. They have dice, you can wager as small as you can with 98% win chance to minimize the losses then put in on auto bet. With a conservative setting like that you can wager BTC0.1 and only lose BTC0.001 it'll take time but on the bright side you'll spend way less than the fee they're currently asking for.

Even though i have agreed for 3% fees which is unfair and is a free money to NitrogenSports, they still haven't processed my withdraw. I have been in constant contact with support team and they are just delaying this.

You should waive that right and just send the full deposit back to the customer. It's a very shady practice to have such nebulous fees. Imposing fees doesn't do anything to solve the "balance security" or "malicious transactions" issues that you mention.

This wasn't mentioned in terms that 5% extra processing fee is charged and i am not doing any money laundering. I asked for a refund to the same address which i used to deposit. It's clear that you guys are trying to extort money from me. I agree with 3% and have told your support team the same so kindly now process my withdraw.

We have consulted our payments team regarding your withdrawal, and they should be communicating their position to you now.

I want to take the time however, to outline the generalities of your case because this may pertain to other players as well:

- We don't 'keep' deposits for arbitrary reasons. Simply put, we would not have been able to stay in business for as long as we have if we just decided on a whim to confiscate balances.

- We're not a wallet service, we're a gaming site. As such, we don't expect our players to use the site as a wallet under any circumstances. This detail poses unique challenges for crypto sites in particular who have to be cautious of malicious transactions moving in and out of their platform with no indication of play. We take balance security very seriously and as such, do not take chances in circumstances like yours.

- We have a clear rule in our terms outlining the type of action we have to take in circumstances when unknown accounts want to move BTC in and out of Nitrogen without any reasonable expectation of play. In this case we charge a fee to dissuade the type of behaviour outlined above.

Rule 19:
"Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to apply extra processing fees to any withdrawal of funds if an account is not in compliance with our rules, fair play or valid action requirements."

I believe in your case, our CS team came to the table and is offering a solution for you to process your withdrawal. We're sorry that you feel as if we're being unfair, but we have to protect the integrity of the platform and the choices we make in order to do that aren't always going to suit every player.

Nitogen Sports just cancelled my withdraw request because i did not placed any bet. WOW
I deposited bitcoin into my wallet to obviously place a bet but it took long to get confirmed and match was already started and NitrogenSports doesn't offer live in play in tennis so i placed the request for withdraw and this is the message i get from the support


What the hell is this? I can't withdraw my own money now. I want my money. Please send my money to the same address i used while depositing. This confirms that i am not trying to do any money laundry on your site.

These guys at NitrogenSports literally trying to scam me. I can't withdraw my own Bitcoin. There is nothing mentioned in their terms or FAQ that i must wager my deposit to withdraw but their customer support says otherwise.
