If you have taken care of these miscommunication issues you could have being a much better sports book as you were one of the top sports book in this market for a long time until you started your miscommunication with your users and not responding properly to their queries by cancelling their bets without their informing them, i know the site is still thriving but you could have being better if not for these issues, hopefully we will see you too rectifying everything and have transparency. If something was graded 3 times I dont think anyone knows the rules including themselves so that leaves confusion for everyone, also as I stated if they graded it correctly the 3rd time thats a seperate issue. Having no communication that there was now a new grade and money was owed to them, when they always communicate with bad lines or cancellations etc every other time. This they kept changing the grades then when they decided they have reached the correct one (3rd grade) they decided they would keep it quiet and take from peoples balances. So I was trying to find out what had happend to my money thinking I'd been hacked or something. Grading is one issue, how they dealt with it after is another issue being very sneaky.

the one area nitro excels is withdraw time but you can find much better books and avoid this complete cluster $%&% that is nitrogensports.
Are the withdrawals much faster nowadays? If so how fast was it? Because last time I made a withdrawal I had to wait a couple of hours before it was processed. The withdrawls are defintley pretty fast still. usually within a couple hours which is pretty fast.

My advice avoid this site at all costs and try another book. Why would anyone want to play somewhere where a week later they confiscate your funds because they cant make up their mind what is right and what is wrong, only for you to find out the hard way. Avoid this book at all costs!!!! go to sportsbookreview and look for good books that accept your country and bitcoin there are plenty much better. the one area nitro excels is withdraw time but you can find much better books and avoid this complete cluster $%&% that is nitrogensports.

Its very long time I am unable to login because every time I have access denied message I send email to support about this and have reply they are working on this and I will be able to login in near future but now its almost more then 8 months its never works please can you give any update about this is this site going to work again for all or no.

If I can give some input for the dice game, please make some events for it instead of some sport game. If I not mistaken there is really good amount on the jackpot on here but it does not show that there is much players that are into the dice game. May be if you can get something good for dice players to play then it will hit the jackpot for most of the time
