It's not a loss the match result was 1-2 win for genclerberligi it should be a half win and push. They cancelled his bet because it was considered a bad line you'll never see an asian handicap 0.25/1.25 being offered on nitrogen it's always by 0.5.

Long time ago I had a similar experience where nitrogen cancelled my winning bet because they couldn't take down their lines in time and I placed my bet just in time before the match started (it was an esport bet).

Yeah it's a known error (I don't know is it called an error or what) by all nitrogen users. I also experienced it once and my bet cancelled because of that. It's better to ignore it everytime you see the lines like that.

It isnt very much per betslip but if you can get free bets on as many parlay tickets you make then it might be worth while.
