Its been 4days~ now since my account got frozen for multi accounting (as they said) but I don't have any other account on nitrogen. anyone here experiencing the same problem nowadays? I've seen another thread about nitrogen not replying to a use trying to recover his account

You are implying that the failure of that promo was due to users acting poorly. That's the first I'm hearing of this (I have heard that you were using an outdated service and that was the cause of the issue). What is the full story?

I'm having problems logging into my account.
Yesterday, I changed my PW and for about 15 minutes, I was unable to log-in as it was "busy."
Eventually, I was able to log-in.
Now today, same problem, it keeps "busy" and sometimes tells me I provided the wrong info (not true).
Has anyone else been having problems with logging into Nitrogen lately?
I'm guessing this is a security measure since I can log into my account sometimes, just not always.
And it's starting to get really annoying...
Waiting for SUPPORT to reply to my email..

Not me though I can log in without no problems. The only problem I experience with nitrogen is when I browse their site with the mobile chrome browser it always shows an error.That wouldn't be fair to those of us who got it in before.
Right.There's still next year plus there are a lot of other march madness promotion that we can participate on like this one and some others listed on their previous posts.

So I bet a parlay with del potro in tennis to win straight sets. IMMEDIATLY after betting it I open live scores and see del potro is already broken his first serve. The match started 2 minutes before I bet it. Customer service said this. Note being down a serve with straight set betting is HUGE. They even acknowledge the bet was made after it started.
This is a very common practice in the industry. For example, on NFL, we leave lines open a few minutes after the game starts as long as there is no score or significant plays. The same applies for tennis. As previously advised, your bet is valid and will not be cancelled. That is final.

So let me get this straight. Your site rules according to you that if a bet is made after a match starts it's up to you whether it's cancelled or not. Something tells me if someone sees a 100-1 shot ahead and past posts you'd cancel it faster than flies on crap. I don't care about the bet. What I care about is your terms saying all bets made after a match starts and null and void yet your saying it's not. Your the only spprtsbook I've ever seen that when a customer emails you to say hey I was behind beforeni even bet and you say hey too bad so sad, all's well right? Well it's out in the open for all to read. This is how nitrogen works you guys. Play at your discretion.
