N.Korea is only talking ... the great powers such as Us Russia etc have the country under control in my opinion .

I think that mr. Putin wouldn't be too concerned if N.Korea launches a missile against USA Wink

But as far as N.Korea and her nuclear threats I think its all about forcing some negotiations about sanctions and food aid. The country is very poor and with technological backwardness they have all sorts of problems. Also to keep people of N.Korea under regime Kim Jong Un must always find some imaginary threats. That way people are willing to sacrifice themselves for the nation and their leader.

We need to send Kim a few boxes of Snickers, he's too cranky...
I agree wuth you, but why not bitcoins?
Or a bulk of golds, so we can launch a gold plated nuclear missile into his home Grin
(Ps: It's a joke, no offense okay Wink)

Do they even have nukes? I'm skeptical. Besides, even if they did and ever used them whatever country they used them on would just retaliate and completely flatten their country anyway. Sadly this will probably have a knock on effect and signal Armageddon but what can you do?  Cheesy

N.Korea is far stronger in military power than our country coz my country is buying 2nd hand military armaments/equipment from U.S. if there are brand new, its only limited/handful.

What country is yours?
If your country is one of the larger countries than I doubt it, because N. Korea receives zero aid from the while almost all other countries on the same side of the US receives aid. Apparently N. Korea has been dealing with weapons and buying them, but still they are not getting funded by the US.

Yes, they've done three successful underground tests. They also have some background industry, like uranium enrichment, fuel fabrication and plutonium reprocessing facilities. Not sure however if those are still in use and if yes then where. They also building a LWR and the related enrichment facilities on their own.

Those NK nukes are their "insurance" against military interventions or against a "Korean spring". Even the USA used to think about attacking a bunch of mad dogs armed to the teeth with nukes. Such claims like "use nukes at any time" are more about building the mad dog image then real threats.

If anyone launched a nuke against the US they would know before is even in the air, they probably know where most nukes are stored around the world and if one was launched towards the US i think they would just fire one back and then both would cross paths in the air and hit each country about the same time, it would be useless, no one would win, its a loose loose situation.

Can their missiles reach that far? I think that if war starts and they use nuclear weapons, they will shoot them at south Korea.
They can't. There are only two country has the ability to reach US.
Russia and China.
The nuclear bomb of North Korea only can reach China and south Korea.

Dont think China or Russia could reach the US either, although they do have the funding and technology, the amount of reaction time from that far away would negate any threat. The real threat is when there is no time to react, like striking from Cuba *cough Cuban Missile Crisis*

China and Russia do has the ability to reach US, but they will never do that useless US starts the war first and this could start third wrold wars and ruins the wrold. Besides, Money and economic come the first nowadays.

Their missile range is actually decent. Before reading about it today I thought the worst thing they could do is reach China and Japan. Everybody is making fun of Kim but who knows what his army of slaves is cooking.
I really hope they'll end up blowing themselves up.

What site is that list from, i would be very sceptical of those ranges.
The resent test launch from Nth Korea was publicised as the latest and greatest ever built by them, after expert analyst of the missile launched it was discovered that it was just an old soviet built one painted to look new.

North Korea's faulty Nuclear program is more worrying than any risk of attack. They don't have the money to properly maintain a nuclear program even with the majority of the country's income going towards the military. I'm not an expert on nuclear weapons, but I am on powerplants and such which require somewhat similar levels of procedural maintance which would drain the entirety of NK's resources. The risk of North Korea flubbing a missile due to improper care, and causing a mess that ends up leaking somewhere in an ocean is far more likely than anything ever reaching the US. That would probably do far more damage, as the fisheries probably support the US in some way or another. That said, the Raegan era ICBM defense strategies would be more than a match for North Korea's abilities. South Korea would be the only viable target for them, which would be stupid beyond belief given their proximity. Its not North Korea's abilities that make them the slighest bit freightening. A local boyscout troop could probably fund more destruction than them, its the fact that no one can tell how bright their leaders actually are.

It is well know that Nth Korea doesn't give a shit about arms embargoes, most if of their weapons are soviet era but i don't think Russia is selling them direct to Nth Korea.

During the big arms heist of the 90's, after the Soviet Union collapsed something like $32 billion worth of arms went missing, it looks like some of those weapons have now ended up in Nth Korean hands.
Nth Korea also has been shipping weapons to all corners of the world, especially to countries that are under arms embargoes like Liberia and other Sth African countries.

Where not just talking small arms, check this link about one of Nth Korea's shipments that got busted in 2013.

Wtf? Why would any other countries be funding them. I don't have time to watch the video but I will check it out later it looks interesting. What countries are funding them?

The link explains how they do their magic trick in funding their activities.

*The funding by other countries is just my opinion Tongue
Well doing trades is very different than being directly funded by other countries. I could sell my friends bitcoins and he could sell me paypal, and this is not called "funding" him. But yes this COULD be indirect funding because N Korea is getting something out of this deal.

I'm sure Nth Korea's missiles couldn't make it to the US, but i think the main questions is where is this technology they have coming from?
Who is supplying Nth Korea with all these weapons? Arms embargoes aren't worth the paper their written on.
N. Korea is DEFINITELY not receiving funding from the US. Israel gets BILLIONS of dollars from the US, but N. Korea doesn't I really wonder how they get their funding or weapons from. Its a really mysterious country, I doubt they make enough money to actually purchase these weapons.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEJqEuM5V68

IMO they do get help from other countries.

Other countries are doing business with them, not giving them money ffs. It's the sanctions that they're moving around atm. you gonna do the biz wit em? I won't
Yea thats what I thought, I seriously doubted any countries would be directly funding N Korea just like the USA is with so much other countries.
