To me it seems like there won't be any bull run this year being that we're already in December and still the cryptocurrency market has not yet show any sign of recovery. If there is to be a bullrun, that would probably be next year 2019.
With my deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, I no longer think that bull markets are easy to emerge, and I think that as the ICO market declines, a large number of investors choose to participate in encrypted futures trading and daily trading.

No bull run is the worst scenario that we might see in this year and the next year. But we could still have hope in the rest of this month, and we can try to search a profit from trading. It always a big mistery for us to know if there is a rising of the market or not because of all coins still on the underground level of the price. But although the situations are not good, I see that we have a chance to buy and sell any coins especially for the top ten coins list in the marketcap so we could also make a nice profit.
I think the next major bitcoin rally would start late 2019 and continue through 2020. Now I am expecting sideways for the rest of 2019.

I don't think bulls will ever happen again. the market is facing a long winter. there is no bull no profit, and everyone loses. crypto still has a future, although not a good future. but crypto will survive

i do not expect a bull run in the near future. nobody can really say if and when the next bull run will be. i let myself be surprised and but do not expect anything, so i can not be disappointed. 
Yes, for this year I think that there is no Bull Run because the current situation is that market prices are still very low. We hope that by 2019 market prices will rise. So now it's better to collect as many coins as possible to prepare if later in 2019 the price of coins will experience a big surge.
If you are talking about bullrun that happened in 2017, it think it will not llikely to happen in this remaining month of this year but only short term price spikes then go down again. If the crypto market start its recovery next year, i think it will not be in the form of bullrun, but a slow price uptrend. Cryptocurrencies are also unpredictable, and this is the reason why all predictions of market bullrun at this year end are failed.

Well , we are already in the middle of the month and still no sign of bull run so I think you're true maybe in the first quarter of next year that bull run will happen , since many new altcoins that have a chance to grow because of their uses and function .
