it's a free forum but I doubt anyone would consider loaning a brand new (or even established members) without some kind of collateral. Usually it's the account if it's valuable (senior, hero etc...), alt-currency or some valuable online item or even a physical item (shipping it to the loaner or to an escrow). Making a loan request without offering something and being a brand-new user may be enough reason for some members to give you a negative trust as well.
