I told it is 'must'. The message should contain your username and a statement telling you are giving your account as collateral to Muhammed Zakir.

Where were you for 2 months, 2 weeks and 1 day? This is probably a hacked/stolen/bought account. Can you sign a message with today's date with 1KWBoLFnkmUaMCQXbPPzkXGWSorC5Gzsy9? If you don't know how to sign, see http://blog.anonymousads.com/2014/03/new-feature-sign-in-with-your-bitcoin.html?m=1.

It is not against the christian religion to charge interest. The only religion that I am aware of that shuns the paying/charging of interest is the Muslim religion

It is prohibited in Islam, Christianity and Judaism(source below). I forgot a religion's name and I haven't looked about other religions.

Prohibition in the Bible:

“Do not charge your brother interest, whether on money or food or anything else that may earn interest.” (Deuteronomy 23:19)

“Do not take interest of any kind  from him, but fear your God, so that your countryman may continue to live among you.” (Leviticus 25:36)

“If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not be like a moneylender; charge him no interest” (Exodus 22:25)

Hey, replied to your PM.

BTW we should start a new topic discussing these customs, not cluttering this lending thread with it IMO.

Why are you doing this for no interest? Just want to see where their loans can go? You can only lose money with this, tx fees (as small as they are) still eat away at your money, and if one person defaults, you are already in the negative and wont break-even if you don't have interest.
It is against his religion to charge/receive interest. I am not sure exactly what he thinks of the "tips" he receives, however I have noticed that he generally gives away the tips received, so it is really technically not him 'receiving' it per say
Wow thats real nice, giving away his tips. Also I believe that my religion (christianity) it is also bad to charge interest, but I am not the most religious guy.

My interent is slow and you are beating me! Wink

It's against his religion, I think. I don't think muslims like dealing with interest.
Is that right, MZ?

Yes!

I am not sure exactly what he thinks of the "tips" he receives,

This is probably a misunderstanding. Marco has asked this question earlier. This is what I said(rephrased): "Interests are endorced but tips aren't. Interest should be paid for the loan to be considered as repaid but repayment without tips are considered repaid." I hope you got the difference between 'em.

however I have noticed that he generally gives away the tips received, so it is really technically not him 'receiving' it per say

I didn't exactly got what you are saying! I am keeping the tips, you can check that in my address. Smiley

Why are you doing this for no interest?

Help others, personal rules and religious rules.

Just want to see where their loans can go?

Nope.

You can only lose money with this, tx fees (as small as they are) still eat away at your money,

It's okay! I can cover those with my signature payments.

and if one person defaults, you are already in the negative

Might be. A few already defaulted, see second post of this thread.

and wont break-even if you don't have interest.

I have got many tips and big tips from BiPolarBob. If you want to check it, see 'Repaid' in second post and compare the loaned and repaid amount.

Thanks for the advice, btw! Smiley
