I need this so bad but only could do about half that amount. And couldn't make that deposit up front. This is ideal for someone that already has a major foothold in the local market but this would never work for a small start up. If you are out of state and thinking of a relocation this probably isnt for you unless you have a million dollars to invest. If anyone has a cheaper MMJ friendly house for rent please pm me.

Wish I had 5000$, But to anyone here looking at this post remember if you have a Medical Marijuana card its legal to sell your plants? Thats alot of $$!
