For something like that, what can be solution is try to join signature campaign that have limit participants. Maybe with that, although not all legit, if you worry about reward because of no limit participants, you can choose that option. Bounty campaign actually have a lot of kinds, and it is depends on us which one is really fit for us. But once you joined, you can't complain about the rules that they made.

Since you said that apart from present market condition then you are right but it would have been different it the bounty allocation worth is fixed like stable coins because many new bounties who claimed that bounty allocation worth is 100k ends up been 20k worth after listing on exchanges

Actually you are already lucky if the bounty you have joined paid you based on what's set on their rules and allocation. And it's a plus if the token they have paid you is tradable even it's only on one exchange.

Most of the bounty hunters wish that way because most of the complaints that I've seen as many of them were just waiting for exchange listing.

Besides on what you've mentioned there is a risk on the team changing the allocation without prior notice, I have experienced that on so many occasions the latest was ADAB, where they cut bounty hunter's stakes by 80%, and this is over 10 months of promotion, although I promote them for only 6 months.
Bounty hunters are in shocked, the allocation is not that huge but they still cut a big portion, they are experiencing issues with their campaign, now that's karma for abusing their bounty hunter.

That's why you have to be smart in what part of bounty campaign you are going to participate in. Usually, signature campaign in bounty campaign has less particpants but has larger bounty pool allocation than social media bounty campaign. Thus, the practice yourself in doing more challenging thing in bounty campaign such as translation, content creation, and etc. for satisfying and worth it effort in participating.

This is the problem of unlimited participants and yes it happened to so many projects before and I can say that its not worth it to participate on bounties with a huge crowd anymore, its like working for a $1 a week. Bounty manager should limit every participants on their bounty, there should be a clear rules about that and of course bounty hunters have the right to choose whether to participate or not but for me I'd rather wait for a more good projects.
