The prohibitions never yielded the desired result. Especially in a democratic society. They will continue to advertise and find ways to promote their company.

Facebook campaigns to me are very important but bounty managers do not seem to notice this and by so doing allocate a small pool for Facebook campaigns. They do not consider the high number of participants so in the end bounty hunters do not get anything. This should be taken a second look at for pushing campaigns forward.

Some  bounties that I joined in terminated the FB campaign because of their advertising ban. It seems that if the ICO promotion did not pay FB, maybe as an advertising fee, then their link is always deleted and marked as spam. Even on messenger, they always blocked the link and you can not send it.
I just found out about this, if the link about ICO always deleted by the facebook, because so far I still follow bounty with social media campaigns such as by using facebook. and until now I have never experienced such an event

It is already difficult to use Facebook to do ico promotion. If you do it soon, you will be able to verify your account very often. I think they may ban your account, so I have not been involved in Facebook for a long time. .

Is facebook really strict about this? I am not joining facebook campaigns now so I am not fully aware about the risk of joining facebook campaigns. But now I will be more careful.

I haven`t anything like this, I'm doing FB campaign and luckily or not I wasn`t banned. I know that Facebook blocked ICO advertising, but bounties are still alive.

Everything is normal with Facebook bounty campaigns. Just a little changed the rules, you can no longer advertise questionable projects.

Kind of heard about it too from a friend but I don't think this is totally effective because facebook cannot hunt every post down.

I think the Bounty posts are separate to advertising for ICOs. Facebook can't police the type of comments people make or what they are interested in sharing (unless those things are actually illegal).

it is impossible to be banned  from facebook, because until now I joined facebook campaigns and twitter campaigns, and I share and post about the campaign that I joined, There are so many campaigns I can see that still advertise on facebook about the project or crypto ,if there is any news about that there is no truth.

Me also, I am confused about the news when I first heard it. Because until now, I am still advertising the ico campaign on my facebook account and luckily i was still not banned. I think it is okay as of now to advertise the ico in the facebook as long as your post is not spamming or not have any malicious posts attached to it.

I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.

So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?

If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.

People are free to do whatever they want to with their social media. I hghly doubt Facebook would hunt down every single person who posts about ICO. What's banned would be the advertisements on Facebook itself.

Facebook bounty is still alive. But Facebook already blocked some link from ICO and Crypto related posts and topics. However, it doesn't mean that Facebook bounty is dead.

I do not understand why. facebook campaigns were an important part of the crypto-currency platform. this was a very serious decision for the participants. I hope new regulations will be made as soon as possible.

Can I, for example, promote posts about the activities of the company that will soon implement the ICO? For example, the interview of the founder of the company or a new article on medium.com?

It is still depends on the bounty of the certain ICO, If they feel that facebook is not a great way of advertising their coin then there is no facebook campaign. And also I can feel that facebook is not that good for advertising due to fake users, others just doesnt believe that there is community like this and almost everyone only looks for memes and stories.

There are still a lot ICO's nowadays that is still offering bounty campaigns through Facebook. That just means the facebook campaigns is still alive and kicking. So no worries. I think they just ban the sponsored advertising in FB for crypto.

Facebook bounty is still available though I heard too about it. Well,  you can still post about ico if it just about promoting  the campaign as everybody is free to post what they like in facebook, there are some twitter, telegram and many more well it is more helpful for advertising.

Yes, indeed the gift of Facebook is still there even though in out there a lot of news-news that is not clear about facebook that he wants to dissolve. I hope that the news is not true or will happen. If that happens it will affect the whole crypto world because Facebook is a huge market for everything.

I have seen a lot of ICO still advertise on Facebook. Also, i participate in some ICO bounty, where adverts are made on Facebook. My view about his is that, not all ICO is allowed to advertise on Facebook. There seems to be term  and conditions for this and if this is not followed duly, such project might be banned.
