I can't see anything so far. Can someone please give some good reasons (explanation or charts, no trolls pls) that can enlighten me? I have the feeling we'll see months passing and nothing notable will happen, only 100 USD ups or downs.
I imagine the selling pressure is a quick profit taking and a breather. A lot of panic buying transactions before the auction didn't clear until today so we had a little bit of selling pressure today. Next, imagine that there will be a couple days thereafter for those funds to return to somebody's bank. Thereafter, they'll probably be a buy in rush early in the week to account for all of the good news. Figure a Monday or Tuesday spike is likely... maybe not a huge rally, but an extra $30 or $40.
Finally, remember that the whales involved in the auction are sitting on the sidelines because, had they bought directly and not participated in the auction, they could have scored a sweet buy in the $550 to $600 range and now they are looking at $640-$650. Once they realize there is some stability, here, they'll jump to cash in on the good news.
This is my imaginary world where I believe all will be well. Practically speaking, though, there is no reason not to have a jump in the wake of all of the wonderful news.
