As far as I am aware the project has ceased development, I do not believe they raised any money during the ICO.

The founder of the project has abandoned ship leaving the rest of the team to potentially continue with development since the MVP and most things are already complete.

EDIT: Looking at the smart contract, it doesn't appear that any money was raised;

His advisor confirmed via Discord that no money was raised, which is likely why the founder abandoned the project.

EDIT 2: Their advisor has been helpful enough to provide me the Facebook of Francis' partner and their business details. If anybody needs this, send me a PM. I do not believe anybody was scammed by the project, looks to me that it just failed miserably.


Why would I stop the bounty? Your scam accusation related to the lack of team, an issue which was resolved. My bounties are run via a Telegram community and the bounty hunters were told that the ICO was stopped. Since the development was still continuing to the best of my knowledge there was no reason to suspect the bounty would not be paid. It is entirely up to the bounty hunters to participate given the conditions of the bounty and the information presented.

Seems like you are trying to transfer the blame to me, the bounty manager, does that seem like a logical thing to do? Firstly, the bounty clearly states in the rules that it will not be distributed if the ICO soft cap is not met, why would anybody want tokens from a failed project that are worth literally zero and not listed on any exchanges? I clearly responded on the first page saying I would lock the thread if the issue is not resolved, it was resolved and the bounty was stopped shortly after I found the ICO was being stopped on request of the founder.

We started this project with 3 people, last I checked BTT was a place to connect with and work with others jn crypto space. I've been extremely clear that we arent a huge fancy ico project, we had a small initial team, and have added members as we went along, including freelancers and those in the cryptospace already. Doesnt make us a "scam".


We retained capgemini for ongoing consultancy they are not just a french company they are global.

Im done with all the accusations from you guys, I understand crypto has a lot of scams and such, but thats not whats going on here. Theres a difference between funding project development, and stealing money from people.

With this bad behavior do you want people to invest money in your project? if you were to make a loan in the bank, the bank would ask you many documents, why do not you think about it? You're asking people to invest money in your project and you do not show your face?

I have asked Marlboroza what to do in this situation, I believe Vantum will upload the team details shortly, they appear to be just late, e.g. They said the white paper would be released 2 weeks ago, and only released it a few days ago, but it did eventually arrive. If DT members think I need to lock this thread until they provide the team page, then that's what I'll do, waiting on their confirmation first.

Edit: I have locked the thread until the team page is sorted. I have been told this should be by tomorrow as they are just finalizing a contract.

If you can contact with partners than it will be better. If there is no contact between partners and ICO that means really its suspicious. May be they just use logo of partners for attract investor. Look they are busy with argue us instead of upload team on website. I will recommend manager to locked thread until they provide team to avoid red tagged from DT.

"CapGemini" is a large French company that I know well.
A partnership between this company and an anonym random ICO seems VERY doubtful to me.

Our github is active, and we are working. We haven't stolen a single cent from anyone, but you guys can enjoy making the accusations.

What you mean before ICO? ICO means Initial Coin Offering. Am I right ? What is different ICO and Pre-ICO? They distributing free token for pre-ico ? Pre ICO means still they are raising fund.  You will responsible if they scamed after pre ICO or ICO?  If not , why not yet lock the bounty thread ?

For average person it takes 20 seconds to take picture and few minutes to upload it somewhere. One member was waiting, what about other members?

2 hours after and still no team  

Again, the team issue arises from unexpected issues and career concerns. One member was waiting to hear back from his job regarding policy on cryptocurrency as he works for gov.

The other got a job offer from ripple labs and was concerned about conflict. Both issues has been resolved and team profiles will be up shortly.

Pre-sale was live amd price reflected the risk/reward ratio of the initial anonymity of the core team. That will no longer be a factor in the coming hours.

Yes we missed a deadline by less than a week, wasnt on purpose and if it could have been helped it would have. Didnt realize that would cause such a fuss about being a "scam".

If you dont want to participate in the project its understandable. We're raising funds in a terrible bear market and the worst ico market in at least a year but at the end of the day we are building the project scam accusations or not and time will tell.

I think that the restriction is occurred in the US but not in the whole north America region.
If the project has 0 team members then yes this is very suspicious.

This is extremely untrustworthy.

You promised a date to your investors, therefore, you should deliver before that date. It's not just a day or two worth of delay either. It's been 4 days so far and there is still no trace of your team on your official website thus far.

And yet, you guys have started to ask for investments from investors already, even though apparently you guys aren't on the same page yet. This is very irresponsible to do, and raises suspicions over your intentions.

I'd suggest anyone wanting to invest to be extremely careful as the team have already failed to deliver on their first promise. Personally, I don't find their Ethereum 3.0 idea any bit interesting anyways. But at least wait until they release their team info, and that info also gets cross checked, before investing.

Team profiles will be live today..we were having a rough time getting everyone situated because some team members work in D.C with government jobs and didnt want to be public and some team members only had github profiles very few with linkedins. We also have core team members who are freelance, so getting everyone on the same page was rough and we missed the target date.

I understand that there are alot of scams in crypto, and alot of distrust. But there is a difference between a small team/project, and a scam.

We dont have a 4million dollar private raise, or a 20 person team with John McCafe on advisory board.

We are a small group of developers, investors, entreprenuers that saw an opportunity to build something that is functional with a real-world use, and we went for it. The project is open-source, we invite community members to join and work with us as we grow it.

Our ico raise is tiny (1.8m) compared to most because we only are looking to raise enough to develop and list on good exchanges. We arent looking to raise 20m+ here like most projects.

Our distribution is fair, our raise is small, our project is open-source with active development, and our team page will be up shortly. Glad to know the community is paying attention, but to clarify, we arent scamming anyone.

Also, preICO is live, and it will be live for 40 days as you can see that on their site, that means they are already collecting funds.

Lets see what they will answer, but as they are already collecting money - someone is doing it, so it is not so hard to provide details about who is collecting funds and to whom investards are donating funds, right?
