I strongly agree with it we should stop RACISM!!!
I don't get it why people think that their superior to other because of their skin color or nationality.
I think racist people have a low IQ or have a mental disability.

Racism should never existed. We are all human and made to be unique, if we are all white then we are not human at all. I dont even know why people even bother which color must a person should have. I feel sorry for the people that is racist, they have those tiny whiny brain.

One of the things that I am thankful for is I was born in some tribe that has no history of any royal blood or whatsoever in them, so I was raised normally without thinking that I am above the other people. unlike the other tribe that has been raised by their parents with something I don't understand because no matter how high the education they've reached, they still have those racist traits on them. it's like a curse that I'm blessed because I don't have it. That's why when I saw the growing problem of racism, I fully understand how they really feel when they are abused by those who think that they are better than the other races.

Yes I agree No to racism and be fair to everyone, we're not all created with the same color, or skin type, hair, eyes , and even how we are being raise but just because we are differ from the other makes us superior nor less than. doesn't make look good to see that even though we're different were united as one? racism alienated ones human being and its not good at all.. if we will only accept one another and respect each other custom and culture   

We all have a responsibility to speak out against racism. Yes, we do. Otherwise, your silence may be interpreted as implied approval of discrimination. You have the right, as well as the responsibility, to speak out against racism.

A greater acceptance of our social diversity contributes to social harmony and economic well-being.

Unfortunately Racism exists everywhere and we are not able to stop it. There are always some people who think they are superior to other group of people. This is not limited to tribes and villages. Even the developed country citizens thinks they are superior than the underdeveloped countries.

Uneven distribution of wealth and power is the main reason of racism.

Huhh? what are you talking about right now, there is no, one scenario in court trials, Court trials is unique on its own and many different cases that a person can't expect to be trialed right there.

I agree that much of the tension in modern society is due to governments and other powerful interests fostering division as a tactic of distraction to leave those in charge free to continue their behaviour of exploitation and dominance.

Yes. And from the point above, we can agree, surely, that the powerful, the establishment, work hard to exploit everyone else in order to maintain and increase their own wealth and power. They make the 'normal' people fight amongst themselves.


This point doesn't fit with the preceding two points. Surely it is more likely that people who are systematically oppressed and demonised might rise up against their oppressors? For example, if the powerful are so brazen, so open in their contempt, that they will happily sit on someone's neck for nine minutes to murder them, believing that the system allows them to perpetrate such acts.
Those in power seek to remain in power, and to consolidate and strengthen their position. Modern western society is set up very nicely for them. The rich don't even pay taxes. Normal people are to a large extent constrained and controlled already, wage slaves with 'freedoms' that are largely illusory. I may prefer Biden to Trump, but I'm well aware it's a 'choice' between Establishment Millionaire A and Establishment Millionaire B (or billionaire). Contemporary politics is largely a quibbling over minor distinctions. There is consensus on almost everything; Democrat representatives and Republican representatives are often not representative of anything other than the political class.
The rich are already in control; they have no incentive to destabilise the status quo by initiating protest movements, by encouraging the thing they fear most... unpredictability.
BLM is not welcomed by those in power. You can see that by the ridiculously excessive evidence that was required to finally obtain a conviction in the George Floyd case. This is just how much it takes to force the establishment to concede even a little ground.

Racism isn't the question. The judge might speak it. The accuser might speak it. But if the accused directs, "Show me the injury," there isn't any injury... unless there was, of course. And that's what counts.

But if the injury was, "You hurt my feelings in the amount of $100,000," The response (possibly in a counter trial), "You injured me by denying my right to speak as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution, and such is worth $500,000 to me."

So, let the jury decide.

Okay then, let the jury aside from the judge decides if it is really racism or not. simple as that.

Racism wouldn't exist if some wealthy people, along with government, hadn't thought up the term, and then agitated people to fight each other. What DOES exist has always existed, wicked people taking advantage of the weak.

In the case of BLM, it's political, and most of BLM people don't realize it that BLM is paid for by Soros in a political move to take down certain freedoms that people have... just like Biden is such a political move.

TBH I'm extremely surprised that the voting in this poll is currently 100% to stop racism.
I assume you've voted... so why are you so vehemently opposed to movements such as BLM?

I'm not trying to be antagonistic here, it's just that it can be difficult sometimes to understand how certain people think, particularly people with whom you disagree.
Opposition to racism and opposition to BLM would seem to be contradictory... unless your position is that oppression due to skin colour doesn't exist?

You're funny. But, if the judge seems to be unfair in his judgements, the jury will decide. They should get two of each major race to be in the 12-person jury. 

So then let the court decides if something is racist or not, yes?

You can't even read, right? It's not a threat unless it's against a particular person. It's simply freedom of speech. And it's legal by foundational law in the free countries.

If the courts can determine that some particular usage of free speech is threatening a person, that's a different story. Take it through the courts if you don't like it.

Did you forget that there are two kinds of racism? In countries like Australia and the USA there is freedom of speech. If somebody sounds off against a race publicly, where he doesn't threaten or diminish that good name of any particular individual, it's freedom of speech.

Imagine that somebody in Australia speaks against the whole continent of black Africa... the blacks there. Freedom of speech. So, a bunch of blacks in Australia get bent all out of shape because of it. Did they forget that they are in a freedom-of-speech land? It's when people go beyond what is allowed by foundational law that things become important.

So, the blacks riot, because they can't take it that someone used his free speech in a land where free speech is allowed. No racism at all. Simply a bunch of blacks damaging property. Take 'em to jail... or anybody else who breaks the law.

The problem is, some people in the legislature made up some laws that are against foundation free speech laws. They called these laws racism laws. And rather than get the courts to throw out the laws - because they are unlawful laws, being against the foundational docs and Articles - people start to antagonize each other because the legislature made up a bunch of illegal laws.

This is so dumb.

People calling chinese "Covid Spreader" in broad daylight without any reason is racism. Is it fake? no, but you believe it to be.
Another, TwoSetViolin, two asian violin player living in Australia being called names in broad daylight and asking them to go back to where they belong. Is it racism or not?
Another one, Lea Salonga, a well known broadway diva, voicing two disney princesses has been pulled out in one of her audition because of "Being Asian, she will not be seen by higher ups".

Your judgement is somehow crazy, blaming everything and thinking of something else just to make yourself satisfied.

I bet you yourself are calling other people of colors something racist, and now your making conspiracies just because you want to believe that what you do is acceptable.

I'm applying to myself that I'll be fair everyone and this isn't actually a thing to me because I treat everyone fair and normal. But it's really one of the problems that world has ever had and I think it's been there since the ancient times.
And it's getting worse these times with those attacks and hates that I've been seeing on the news. Let's help and start with ourselves.

It's called competition. In basketball they look for blacks who are full of testosterone energy, naturally... big tall guys. Just because these guys can't usually compete for high-IQ positions or jobs, doesn't mean they are less people. Nor does it mean that the high-IQ white who gets a complex marketing job, is any less of a person because he can't shoot buckets better than almost any black.

The whole racism thing is a fake thing that is being pushed by the CIA or other government agencies. Why are they doing this? To take the peoples' eyes off what they are doing behind the scenes in other areas... like doing the 9/11 Twin Towers demolition, or the Oklahoma bombing, or Waco, or Randy Weaver, or manipulating governments in Central and South America, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.

Whites, Blacks, Yellows, Native Americans all get along together quite well when it's simply people hanging out with friends. Racism is simply manipulation by Big Business and Big Government.
