I understand how you need the private details about the said project. Though there is a hint that this project is all about casino or probably a gambling site but maybe a small details will not even affect your credibility. For partners, you mean financers or bankers? Or even developers? Whatever it is, most of the Filipinos weren't that easy to trust somebody especially with the newbie account.

It looks like they are looking for someone to register a "company" on their behalf. That someone will most likely not take part in any of the operations once the "business" has been registered. For anyone who is planning to allow his/her personal information to be used by people you don't even know or met, be very careful. You never know what's going to happen next. After some people contacted him they suspected him as a Chinese, dahil siguro sa language nya and after reading this I also assume he is not a Filipino coz if he do then hindi sya hihingi ng mga requirements na ganyan dahil madali lang kuhanin yan. At isa pa, at the very beginning hindi nya pinost yung pinakaproposal nya dito meaning ayaw nya maraming makapansin if ever there is something fishy or any weird stuff.

This discussion was getting to long and we didn't see any good replies coming from OP. It made me think worthwhile, that he's hesitant on providing us the purpose of this said project which said to be suitable for Philippines.
For the second time, I am calling again the attention of whoever project proprietor it may concern to reveal in transparency. We can't get any further process if we're still looking for answers, that's why it's mandatory for us to gather strong evidence for this project proposal.

You need to provide your social media info or linkedin link so that people will know that you're really trustworthy for their investment.
