In their TaC in paragraph 39 it is directly written about the prohibition of using VPN, the wording is of course somewhat confusing, but as I understand it, everything that the client has contributed and won after starting using VPN will be withdrawn from his deposit.
The wording of the paragraph is indeed confusing. It doesn't say that using VPNs is prohibited, per se, or that it may lead to the suspension of the account. As per my understanding, if a user is caught using a VPN or logging in from a different country, all the bets he has made since his IP changed will be voided and the money will be returned to him in case he logs in from the same country IP he created his account with. I may be wrong though.I think you quoted the wrong paragraph (in the image you posted).
Someone will just change his ip to trigger the policy and then go back on his original ip again for his money to be returned in full amounts. They will keep on doing this until they hit a win. They need to clear their terms so that it won't cause a confusion to others and also change the way their system works. This is for their own good so that people won't complain anymore and will only start on liking them.

There are many inconsistencies in the thread and on the site, I went in and it has a lot of data and that is something annoying, I think they should improve the presentation and not put so many things, it lends itself to thinking badly and many players may not even be interested in it site, it can be thought that they only want a database of some players so that this information is vulnerable, because all the criticisms of the members are very valid, for a casino many rules must be taken into account, and that of the I don't know much about licenses, but if they say they have suspicions, that has to be clarified, so that no one will trust them and their reputation is in danger.

The worse that can happen if you're going to create an announcement here is to have negative feedback, OP is getting a lot of it and he is not giving a good answer on all these allegations, there's a lack of enthusiasm on his part he should address all questions as they come and not wait for questions to accumulate leaving some important questions left unanswered.
What negative feedback did he get? I've only seen one and it's not from DT1 so it won't show up in his account so no member can see about the negative feedback he got unless you mean about the many questions about everything suspicious about his gambling site so far Op hasn't also provide clarification, but he had to answer it, except he felt like this was an attack and he didn't feel the need to answer it and finally the thread became the abandoned one.

He logs in a few minutes post a generic answer then logs off, he only spends a few minutes here in Bitcointalk very unusual, and not something we expect from an admin who just introduce his casino to the community, we expect good answers especially the license issuer how credible is that issuer and asking all information when a member joins, anyway it's up to each of one of us if this is the kind of admin and casino that is worthy of our support.
Possibly he is already doing research on all the questions being handle if he is not the owner and just a representative here. I’m already in doubt about the credibility of this casino because they ignored previous accusation and inquiries during in there latest reply here while there’s still additional accusation still unanswered despite the OP account is active few hours ago after the posts made that only means they are ignoring the post for now.

I think this is very suspicious, I want to register but I'm still a little doubtful, many friends here have asked about the site, but the OP hasn't been active since the last time yesterday. At least though they are asking for KYC upfront, and unlike other casino that initially we think is KYC free until you won big and be disappointed that you can't withdraw the money that you have won unless you passed their KYC.

I don't think creating a flag against OP is appropriate at this moment since there isn't enough evidence that they scammed or are goin to scam. Besides, you need a topic where the proves will be posted and link it to the flag.
A red tag seems a bit harsh too, but that's just my opinion.

they haven't done anything negative yet, so yes, for me, at the moment, they don't deserve a red tag. he can post a warning to users but giving them a tag which has not happened yet is not fair imo. anyway. the OP can always clear the air and be more responsive to the users here so they won't be labeled as such. here, we always welcome anyone and they are free to prove that they are sincere and running legit.

We should play fair here and let this casino have a chance to explain about the accusations and give them a chance to defend themselves. Honestly, I wouldn't play on this casino either, because they are new and there's a chance they are cloning bet365. But I don't think it deserves tagging yet. There's a case with another casino promoted here, Punt.com, which is almost identical a copy of Stake.com casino, but no one has tagged them for that.

There’s still no harm being dealt here and flag needs concrete evidence before you can start it. Using the ANN as reference to the flag will not get you any support nor opposition since there’s still no case involved but only speculation. Although there’s already evidence for a possible connection of this casino to scam casino. We should still need to be fair and wait for the official response of the accused before we do attack reputation and flag them. We can definitely caught this company if they lying based on there response or ignorance to all the issue.
The only thing we can do for now is to warned all user against this casino until there’s no satisfactory explanation given by the OP.

I just think it is early to judge them, We have pin pointed their issues but we haven't caught them red handed yet.
