HODLit is an Avantgarde token, a behaviour incentive token.
It promotes an alternative to scammy ICOs with the revolutionary concept of ICD coupled with the Proof of HODL.
Inherently, HODLit incentivises smooth organic Ether price growth, it limits extreme volatility and fights the crypto blood baths.
The uniqueness of HODLit is that it’s at the core of a network, the HODLit Network.
The HODLit network empowers projects using an ICD based on the Proof of HODL. Those projects will distribute their tokens only the owners of HODLit pro-rata their HODLit ownership.

Dev team is moving on with getting HIT listed on exchange so unregistered people can buy it to be able to join the weekly rewards through Progressive Coin Distribution gamified with a rocket game (Moonlit). Thus, re-opening of registration may no longer be feasible.

You are right it's in the smart contract source code.
It is viewable on Etherscan or on our Github (link on the website).
i didnt receive my tokens, do i have to do something else? the transaction was successful when registering the contract.
You have to generate another transaction to the claimTokens() function just as when you registered.

As per Devs, The PCD will start on April. Meantime, Devs are now coordinating with new projects that will allow ICD registered accounts to receive airdrops. They are also processing for listing at exchanges. HIT will be tradeable in ForkDelta in a few days. They are also re-factoring/designing/improving the website, including its back-end.
In short, Devs are working to make this project successful. So, we just relax for now. We have just proven our capability to HODLIT even during bear market situation.

Yes, confirmed by @vladmir.
I have 0.61 ETH, also received 20 HIT.
Our consolation price later is that new comers will need to pay high price of 50,000 HIT to join weekly PCD, and maybe also with higher PCD awards.
